I ordered it online for in-store pickup with a trade in. The system was not recognizing the trade-in promotion that was offered online; however, the store employee and manager were patient in working through the problem to ensure that I got everything for the online price. Great experience at my San Angelo TX Best Buy.

What apps you can and cannot use on the watch, and putting the pin for security, doesn't always work, so I have to reset the watch.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch7 supports most Google Play Store apps, including Google Maps, Wallet, Gmail, Spotify, and health tracking. You used to leave your analog watch lying around, but that's not a good idea with a Samsung smart watch unless you've set a security lock. With no protection, anyone can access your personal data. But when you set a screen lock, your watch will lock itself after a certain amount of time, and you'll need to enter a PIN or pattern to unlock it. Take a moment to check out, "How to set or reset a security lock on your Samsung Galaxy smart watch" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Dont always get notifications. Its a nice watch, but it needs some fixing. I like that you can start a workout from the watch.
