Also, I bought this for my husband because he falls often. I turned on fall detection immediately when I was setting up the watch. Since then, he has fallen twice and no SOS was sent and it did not ask him if he had fallen. I am extremely unhappy and it is too late to return it.

Was needing to charge this out of the box more than once a day. Returned almost immediately even after updates and adjusting settings to reduce power consumption.

My heart rate is almost never monitored and you have to shut off wrist detection to get notifications if you have a tattoo near the sensors. I would not recommend this watch to anyone with tattoos if you want something that actually functions.

This potentially causes issues with features like heart rate monitoring; however, you can often mitigate this by turning off the "wrist detection" setting in the watch's settings to receive notifications even with a tattooed wrist. Also, depending on the size and placement of your tattoo, it may affect the functionality of your device more or less. Incorrect information given by salesman

It turns out that the watch does NOT monitor blood pressure. This is an important fact that i think the salesman should have known.
