I ordered it online for in-store pickup with a trade in. The system was not recognizing the trade-in promotion that was offered online; however, the store employee and manager were patient in working through the problem to ensure that I got everything for the online price. Great experience at my San Angelo TX Best Buy.

Dont always get notifications. Its a nice watch, but it needs some fixing. I like that you can start a workout from the watch.
