It's a nice watch, easy to set up, it works ok... It was a gift for my mom and she loves it. Fewer features than an Apple but you don't need more if you're not a high-tech person

been using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 daily for workouts and notifications. Performance is smooth, the display is bright, and health tracking feels accurate. However, battery life barely lasts beyond a day, and charging is frequent. Still, it’s comfortable, responsive, and reliable for everyday fitness and smart features.

I want to preface this review by saying that our family is an android family and most the products we have is made by Samsung. We do have a couple of other different OS phones but we really prefer the androids. We have 2 Samsung Galaxy 6 watches in the house and really happy with them so far. This made me more excited to see what the new Galaxy 7 watch could do. Out of the box, everything seems quite the same. I really like the color scheme of the watch and green band. In my opinion it is very sporty and can be worn in 90% of places I will be. But if it's not your thing, a quick search online will find a ton of options to change bands and most at a very reasonable price. And Samsung made changing bands out super easy as well, just a quick press of a button on the back of the strap, that's it. Charging is super easy as well with a magnetic dock. Keeps the charging dock attached to the phone so there is no guessing. 2 side operating buttons has a great tactile feel when pressing them. Screen is super responsive and your swipes are effortless. And that is where the 7 really outshines the 6. The new hardwire really is better than last years. When I put the 6 next to the 7, every operation is quicker and more responsive. The screen are very similar but, imo, the 7 outdoors seems a bit easier to see. Typing is really enjoyable. I'm still not clear how with my big fingers that I can hit the correct letter 95% of the time. I really think it has to do with the watch and the software. But most of the time, I use voice to text and that in itself is awesome. So far, it has not made one mistake and has been able to understand what I say, even I think I'm saying it fast. So far, I'm really happy with this watch and can't really see anything that is negative.

this is for my daughter with a heart defect, it allows us to monitor her and take action if there are any issues, This watch is great for her as it allows for her to showcase picture of all her friends on the watch face.

This watch has become a game-changer for me at work. When hearing my phone ping, I am unable to take it out to look at, but with my new watch, all I have to do is casually look down and see who is trying to contact me. And it is so easy to respond. It was also incredibly easy to set up and sync with my Samsung phone. Love it.

This is my 3rd Galaxy watch. It has tons of features to help achieve your fitness goals. There are so many watch faces available that you can customize to provide you with an abundance of information. The sleep tracking feature is thorough and informative, but it does seem to drain the battery. On a side note, the watch bands from my old 40mm Galaxy Active2 fit this new Watch7. There is a slight gap between the watch and the band, but it's not an issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with this watch.

We are very happy with the purchase; the watch is very good, and the battery lasts approximately two days with the screen only activating when I want to check the time. So far, we've only used the basic functions and have no complaints. The only improvement we would suggest is a longer battery life.

I bought this to replace a fitbit and it was a switch I should have made sooner. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. I like being able to send texts, view emails and other notifications without having to look at my phone. The one drawback is the battery life. On days when I'm active, I have to charge the watch every day. But other than that it is a very easy to use smart watch

Samsung's latest offering, the Galaxy Watch 7 40mm Bluetooth version has made a bold statement. I think this year's Galaxy Watch will put them back in the conversations for top smart watches for 2024. The last couple of years the Galaxy Watch line was stagnant in my opinion. There wasn't a big difference between watches versions 4-6. At least i didn't notice any major changes. After living with the Galaxy Watch 7, I can say that this is the upgrade I needed. Battery Life I can't say enough how greatly improved the battery life is on the Galaxy Watch 7 compared to their previous models. My Galaxy Watch 4 never made it through 1 whole day. I can easily get a day and a half worth of battery life now with the Watch 7. I can even leave on always-on-display and get a full days worth of battery. This is a huge improvement. I did not setup Google Assistant however, as it did cause battery drain issues on my previous Samsung watches. Features Since I have a Samsung phone, I am able to take advantage of all the neat features of the Galaxy Watch 7. I do use the health info that Samsung provides me as a guide to my personal health. Having the ability to attain some of my personal goals I set for myself is awesome. Here are some of my favs: 1. Sleep Apnea feature 2. Energy Score 3. Dual-frequency GPS 4. More efficient processor 5. Workout Tracker I'm super happy with the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. This latest version addresses a lot of the issues I had with the prior versions. If you are already in Samsung's ecosystem, this watch is a no-brainer. I would recommend giving this year's version a try. I don't think you will be disappointed with the enhancements Samsung included in the Galaxy Watch 7.

**Review of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7** I have been a loyal user of Samsung's smartwatches for a few years now, having owned both the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the Galaxy Watch 4. While I enjoyed many aspects of these watches, I have always found the battery life to be a weak point. The Galaxy Watch 4, in particular, needed to be charged at least once a day, which made it impossible to wear overnight without recharging. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Watch 7 has only exacerbated this issue. **Battery Life Issues** The battery life of the Galaxy Watch 7 is a significant disappointment. Even with moderate usage, the watch struggles to make it through an entire day, necessitating at least two charging sessions if the always-on display is active. This is particularly frustrating considering the advancements in technology that one would expect to see with each new generation. Instead, it seems that battery life has actually worsened with each iteration. **Impact of Switching to Wear OS** A notable factor in this decline in battery performance is Samsung's switch from Tizen OS to Wear OS. While Wear OS offers some advantages in terms of app availability and integration with other Android devices, it has clearly taken a toll on battery efficiency. This trade-off is quite disappointing, especially for users who rely on their smartwatch for extended periods throughout the day. **Design and Features** Despite these battery issues, the Galaxy Watch 7 does have its redeeming qualities. I appreciate its sleek design and the range of features it offers. The watch is stylish, comfortable to wear, and packed with functionalities that make it a great companion for daily use. However, these positives are overshadowed by the need for constant recharging. **Conclusion** In conclusion, while I like the design and features of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, the battery life is simply unacceptable for a seventh-generation product. The 44mm version might offer a slight improvement, but it's not enough to justify the frequent need for charging. As a long-time Samsung smartwatch user, I am disappointed with the direction the company has taken with its latest model. I hope future versions will address these battery concerns and provide a more reliable experience for users.
