It will tell how many miles I have reached at certain points during my walk. It will also tell me what my heart rate is at the same. time. Later through out the day it will tell me that it is time to get moving.

It looks more professional being able to check a watch instead of constantly checking the phone. The only down side id say this watch had would be if the watch wasnt "tight enough". Ive noticed at first if it was a little lose i would not receive notifications. Which is not a problem at this point.

I like that even when the battery is low, it still shows the time only. The only down side to me, is the bands I find uncomfortable. I traded in my watch 3. I miss the leather bands. Other than that, it works great.
