I love this watch. I only purchase Samsung products

I love this watch! It has great battery life. I can get about 18 hours before I have to charge again. I have small wrists and this watch fits perfectly without making it look bulky on my wrist.

Love my new watch! Do not like the back that came with it, it's uncomfortable. Changing is fast, hookup was easy and it seems to move faster and smoother the my last one

We purchased this for my father, who was in store at the time. The floor manager failed to inform us that this came with a childs extra small band. After more than 1 hour of set up we tried to put it on his wrist only to find that there is no way this watch fits a normal size male wrist, including mine. This rendered the watch completely unusable. The kicker is we had already activated the phone service and paired it to the phone. The manager got a couple of watch bands that were larger but they want $60 for them. We ended up purchasing the next model up for about $30 more. This was not only a failure in the product but the sales staff at Bestbuy for either not having knowledge of the product or just being a terrible person to upsale. From the looks of this kid and the way he handled the situation I would put good money on the second. Do not waste your money on this unless you are getting it for a small child. If you are getting this for a child there are cheaper and better options on the market so i am not sure why this product even exists to begin with.

I love this watch. The screen displays all my notifications, phone calls, text and emails.

If you are looking for a good estch for teens my daughter loves hers. You can find alot of different bands for them. I love it better than apple i feel like its more user friendly.

It is an excellent watch and the many features are easy to use.

Bought this watch only to monitor my blood pressure. All advertising said it would work after calibrating the watch using a normal blood pressure cuff. Found out that the feature doesn’t exist in the USA because the FDA has not yet approved it. Sin of omission in marketing by Samsung. Almost deceptive. Misleading at best. They should shout this warning that the feature is absent in the USA. (Had to get a new upgraded phone to replace my Samsung S9+ too so it could talk to the watch since the S9+ couldn't be updated beyond Android 10 and the Samsung health monitor app requires Android 11 or greater.) Asked Samsung support if they knew when / if the FDA approval would occur and thry said NO. Asked if they could notify me if / when it was approved and they said NO. They said I should check periodically! Not very supportive. Not returning them because of the hassle. Sheesh!

Great watch! Easy to understand. Love how it tracks my sleep

Battery life on my Galaxy 7watch wouldn't last through half of the day, so I returned it for another one thinking it just was a bad one. Well the new one was no better. I took it to my carrier, called tech support and Samsung. Still no results after all the trouble shooting, so i decided to returned that one but it was 2 days over the return policy. I wish I hadn't gotten another one when I returned the first one. A waste of money
