    Worst Mistake buying this watch

Bought this watch during memorial day sale. Worst smartwatch decision ever, bought it for the blood pressure sensor that was recommended by therapist but on 7 doesn't even have it yet. Wasted my money. At least it can tell time for me I guess. 1. Low battery life - 2 days max 2. Walk/GPS??? This is fake doesn't work. Equivalent to switch 1 sensor. Hey, you ever try to play just dance with just sitting on your couch. You can wave up and down to raise your step meter, if you have a shopping cart, your not walking even if you go through the whole warehouse, or go through park, you need the smartphone with you. If you exercising without your phone, you lose alot of 'steps' . 3. Sensor broken - REM sleep under 2 hr every night max, usually 30 mins lol. Even when you have vivid dreams - NOTHING. 4. Samsung health on a gimmick algorithm so don't expect accurate results or stuff that makes sense. It will scream at you for staying up late for celebrating a holiday. 1 star for smart stuff is there. Contacts, phone call, messaging, AI. Get another smartwatch, don't waste your money. If you have apple, would be better or if you can afford, get Garmin instead.

Greetings LiwenZ, thank you for finding the opportunity to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch7 does not have the blood pressure feature enabled in the US, at this time, due to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. Various factors could be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. If you're experiencing less than anticipated battery life, please take a moment to review, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors may be impacting the life of your device. The Watch7's step count can be inaccurate at times due to improper watch fit or environmental factors that interfere with the motion sensors. To improve accuracy, ensure the watch is snug, not loose, and keep both the watch's software and the Samsung Health app updated. Activities that lack regular arm movement, like pushing a stroller or carrying groceries, or extreme environments like high humidity or vibrations, can also affect step counting. Feel free to check out, "Inaccurate steps on your Samsung smart watch" and "Use Samsung Health sleep monitoring on your Galaxy Watch" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device. Let us know if you would like any further assistance afterward by reaching out to Support. Thank you for being a trustworthy Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

I have not yet been able to use it because the instructions are vague and say I must buy something else before I can use this watch. Also, I have not been able to get a hard copy of the receipt to show my insurance company....so I have to come into the store .... so frustrating.

I really like the Samsung brand, but I was disappointed with this smartwatch. The battery doesn't last long, you don't have the blood pressure monitor installed, anyway, I expected something better, that's why I returned it. I don't know if I should buy number 8 anymore.

I really like the watch alot but what everyone is saying about the battery life is true. I don't use it often, i don't even respond to text messages on the watch and its not on always on display. The battery life at minimal use doesn't even make it to two whole days. Im super disappointed in that because i like to keep it on over night for the sleep information

I had to return this watch because I was not aware there was two different versions, one is a Bluetooth version which only works off of Wi-Fi The other is a cellular version which works off of phone lines. The description should be much clearer for people that are not tech savvy especially when you're ordering online

The only reason I went to the Galaxy Watch 7 is because Google unwisely decided NOT to continue supporting the Fitbit to concentrate on the Pixel. I had the Fitbit Versa 3 and it was user friendly, had much better battery life than the Watch 7, and much better clock faces to choose from. And was not as costly!! I wanted a watch that showed the time and alerted me of incoming phone calls and text messages. I do NOT need all that other stuff on my watch - it's already on my phone. And the Watch 7 doesn't alert you of e-mails. You only know if you've received and email if you happen to look at the watch for the time and and see the little orange dot that indicates an email came in. Why do they always seem to want to fix what's NOT broke - and make it more expensive?
