The battery life is super and far exceeds the past models. It charges incredibly quickly, too. Great functionality. Good touch screen. Great for health and exercise monitoring.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 44mm BT Review

The upgraded sensors in this watch provide accurate health data for tracking HR, RHR, HRV, SpO2, and body temperature. Sleep tracking is precise as well. GPS for walks, runs, and hiking is fairly accurate too. Battery life is phenomenal and for me, I can get two days out of this particular model.

They're all still working and I have only changed because I wanted to upgrade. My son is wearing my Watch4. This is the first one with the larger face. I wasn't sure that I'd like it that big but it does make it easier to see.
