    I like the convenience of the watch. It is a mini-phone on my wrist. It makes checking my alerts, notifications, and emails much easier. I can do two things at once, such as checking my watch and checking my phone. No negatives.

    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 when I started having difficulty with my FitBit Sense not connecting with my Samsung phone. The functionality of the watch is exactly what I was hoping for in wearable technology especially for tracking exercise and biometrics. My only issue is the watch doesn't always connect to the phone for my Outlook emails. The battery life is less than I came to expect with my Fitbit, However, there is more capabilities so the tradeoff is worth it.
