I stopped wearing it to bed because it lights up the entire room every time I turn over or move in the dark, waking me up all through the night. This makes it impossible to measure sleep or breathing or heart rate, etc. while sleeping. It literally kept me awake and stressed.

The sensor lights on the back of your Galaxy Watch7 can be significantly reduced or turned off at night by modifying settings, although doing so will stop the watch from collecting heart rate and blood oxygen data while you sleep. To enable Sleep Mode, From Settings, tap Modes > Sleep. Here you can schedule sleep mode. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is not really the watches fault. I wasn't told that all features wouldn't work with my pixel 9, only Samsung phones are able to utilize all the features. So with a heart condition not able to monitor everything I was hoping to.
