The watch has been fine thus far. The issue ai find with Samsung watches is they last for a year or two and then have issues connecting or not functioning properly. I have had watches just go dead in the past where they will not power up. We will see how this respondes over time.

Love this watch, love that it helps me keep track heart rate but also makes me feel safer with the emergency button so I know no matter what I'm good. Very durable I've been alittle more than clumsy at times and I've banged this watch pretty good, no dents no chips no cracks

[Employee of bestbuy] I purchased this watch having come from a galaxy watch 4 classic, which failed after 3 years due to water ingress after a rubber gasket degraded. Overall I love the product. It looks clean, though I do miss the lack of a physical bezel, though I understand that this is omitted for water resistance and that this part is what failed on my old watch. The sapphire glass is stout, very difficult to scratch and the device has cool new features like pinch interactions. However, I have to take off a star for battery life. It's subpar. I use all of the features that the watch has to offer, I run all of the sensors continuously. This is worse case scenario, and I'm getting 24 hours of battery life. Samsung advertises 40, which I'd expect to be able to get a day and a half, but when I undo the watch from the charger at 8am it's at 50-55 percent at 8pm. It also cannot wirelessly charge from my s series phone due to new internal design, which isn't great. I am considering returning the watch and purchasing the galaxy watch ultra instead, which is advertised as 100 hours of battery life and fits my wrist a bit better. Still recommend, but be prepared to charge it daily.

Good quality, samsung never disappoint me. Really help with my activities evry day. So happy with my watch and the screen more big ☺️

The display is bright, sharp, and responsive — even in direct sunlight, it’s easy to read. I love how smoothly it syncs with my Galaxy phone, allowing me to take calls, respond to texts, and control music right from my wrist. The updated sensors give more accurate heart rate readings, sleep tracking has improved, and the new temperature sensor is a great touch. I especially like the body composition feature — it’s insightful without being overwhelming.

Love this watch. I used to have a fossil smartwatch for years and I am glad I switched. I love the health features and how easily I can text and answer a call. Also has A LOT of compatibility with apps that I barely need my phone

Great watch, I can control and monitor my phone camera, video, photo, and music, very light weight, battery lasts a up to two days. I change bracelets for sport, casual and formal attire. Looks good and I get a lot of compliments.
