Purchased this after accidentally running over my gen4 (RIP little buddy! I will miss your functional bezel!). Stock strap works very well. Battery life and responsiveness are excellent. The watch is considerably faster than it used to be, especially the exercise screen shortly after startup which otherwise used to take 30-45 seconds before it was ready, instead showing a placeholder GRAPHIC of what the exercise selection screen would soon look like once the watch was fully started. It was absolutely maddening. No more, though! I don't love the bezel rotation gestures, it's too easy for them to be misconstrued as a vertical drag from top and bottom, which brings up a few settings shortcuts. I've abandoned that completely and instead use individual left or right swipes. Love the YT music integration (that's our platform for streaming music) with ability to easily download hundreds of songs for offline listening. It's great for hiking/exercise without your phone, allowing for offline listening via BT headphones. Love the AI-generated replies to text messages...they are generally helpful and better than the stock hardcoded responses. Love the heart rate tracking and exercise tracking...it integrates very well with Samsung Health on the galaxy watch (no idea what the experience is like if you don't have a galaxy phone). Love the Samsung wallet features...not just for Samsung Pay, but also for library/gym memberships, allowing you to pull up your membership barcode quickly and easily to swipe in without having to pull your phone out. Love the Smart Things app to provide a remote control for Samsung TV's (we happen to have one in the living room, by chance)...convenient if you don't wanna get up to grab the remote. Probably the best endorsement I have for the watch is that after I accidentally ran over the gen4, I resisted the urge to immediately replace it and went for 2 straight weeks without one at all. It held out as long as I could before confirming the choice that, yes, given the choice, I would absolutely have a smart watch. Final recommendations: - take the time to customize your watch face, find one that has the info you like (for me its battery life, steps and temperature) - you can have up to 4 'quick select' exercises. Pick the ones you're most likely to do (I have walking, hiking, squash as my most frequently-used). - GET RID of the apps you don't want so that you're not swiping left/right through a bunch of things you will never use. Only keep the stuff you REALLY want quick access to...the rest can be accessed as needed via the main apps list (swipe up from main face). - work out which notifications you actually want sent to your phone. For me it's text messages and that's about it. - set up your work out modes so that you only get text notifications from specific people/groups/favorites (I forget how they're characterized), but I was tired of getting shipping notifications in the middle of a hike, thinking it might be the family trying to reach me. - commit to Samsung Wallet, get all those credit cards uploaded....it's very handy to pay via the watch (long press the bottom right button to launch). Very happy with the gen 7, would recommend!

The menus are buttery smooth and apps open instantly. I love the new dual-frequency GPS; it’s much more accurate for my outdoor runs than previous versions. The "Green" color is a very sleek, dark shade that looks professional. It’s lightweight, the screen is beautiful, and the health tracking is top-notch. Battery easily gets me through a full day and night with juice to spare. Pros: Super fast, accurate GPS, and sleek design.

Galaxy Watch 7 Green: Finally Worth the Upgrade

I’ve been wearing the Galaxy Watch 7 in Green for a couple of weeks now and it’s easily one of the best Android smartwatches you can buy in 2025. Super smooth performance The new Exynos W1000 chip and 2GB RAM make everything (even heavy Galaxy AI features) feel instant. The display is gorgeous a bright, sharp 1.5" Super AMOLED with sapphire crystal that’s held up perfectly with no scratches so far. Battery life is solid—I’m getting 36-40 hours with always-on display, sleep tracking, and a couple of GPS workouts. Way better than my old Watch 5. Sleep tracking and the new Energy Score feature are surprisingly useful and accurate (apnea detection works well too). The new gesture controls (double pinch) are gimmicky at first but actually handy when your hands are full. The green aluminum looks way better in person than in photos; it’s a muted, classy sage color that goes with everything.

I had a watch, just a cheap one, before, and it quit working, so I decided time to get one I want. Beautiful watch, works well, helping me to move when I have sat too long, counting my steps and so much more. The design is fantastic, more one I love, rahter than a long strip. Easy to set up, easy to charge, just a very helpful and nice addition.

I upgraded from watch 5 44mm. Loved this Samsung Watch 7 44mm. This size is perfect for the view. Easier to read messages, emails on my phone if needed. The display is good. I loved that I can select 20 images as wallpaper. Battery performance is good. I charge it once in 1.5-2 days. You can select the apps to keep on the watch. This helps with spotify access from my watch esp when exercising. It's weight is good - not heavy for the wrist. I mix and match the bands with different colors. I highly recommend this watch to anyone who is looking for a reliable and good performing product. You don't need a samsung phone to sync with this watch to use. Samsung Health can be downloaded in any andriod phone tio sync health data from watch to phone. Otherwise, without this app also you can use samsung health directly in thw watch. Google Pay works on the watch irrespective of your phone brand - Samsung, Any other Andriod, or Apple. For non-samsung phones, Samsung Pay does not work in the watch. But this watch is compatible with any phone brand.

This is my first smart watch. Never wore a watch in the past. Decided to buy this after getting my S25 ultra. I like the fact it helps motivate you to be healthier and you also don't need your phone next to you all the time.So far everything has seemed to work pretty good.

Love samsung's watch line. It fits snug on my wrist and is very comfortable. The ridge band is nice, I love that the watch keeps track of vitals and is helpful for work to notify me of emails or texts I receive. Good for timers/reminders as well. This watch lasts me about a week or so before needing to charge again, so the battery is pretty good. By far better than the previous samsung watches I have had.

This is out of this world. Best features. It's so easy to use. Even with my difficulties of several chronic health issues. Display & features are excellent. You can check your Heart rate,Steps walked, Stress level, Blood oxygen, Body composition and lot more. It has a sleeping coach, that help you to regulate and improve sleep. Notifies you to keep moving if your sitting too long. Accurate information of everything it offers. You can put in your information to track medications, food and water intake, glucose level. Everyone should have one. It's like a doctor away for your doctor. The price is great too. I saved to buy this and it's worth every bit of my money. So any one can afford it. The best part fir me is that I sleep with it on and it is so so comfortable. This has helped me so must my sleep improved, energy level increaced. It motivates me to exercise. You can call text play music too. It's not heavy, it doesn't bruse my skin or irritate it which is a plus for me. I have sensitive skin and I'm wearing 24/7 for almost a month now. So soon as I save up/ get money I'll purchases two as gift for my relatives. # 1 help for healthy life style.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (44 mm) is a great smartwatch that combines speed, smart features, and solid battery life. Its new processor delivers incredible performance feeling smooth and responsive. The watch provides plenty of helpful information from detailed health insights to reminders that make everyday use practical. With its larger battery, the 44 mm model can last up to two days with a full charge, giving it an edge over smaller versions. Overall, it’s fast, reliable, and packed with features that make it one of the best smartwatches available.

This watch has been an excellent upgrade from my old fitbit. The features are really nice and I love being able to customize what I use the most. It also works seemlessly with my phone and earbuds. The fitness tracker has options that fitbit does not and works much better than fitbit and I used fitbit for years. Also love the fact that this watch puts up with day to day use much better as well. Seeing how long samsung watches have lasted for husband is also why I decided to get one finally since fitbit watches have been progressively wearing out and falling apart faster and faster with each subsequent generation and their software has been increasingly buggy. I would certainly recommend this watch to other people.

I recently upgraded to the Galaxy Watch7 and I’m really impressed with how well it balances style, comfort, and performance. The green aluminum finish looks sleek and modern, and the 44mm size feels just right on my wrist—not too bulky but still with a nice screen presence. One of my favorite features is the battery life—with regular use (notifications, workouts, and music controls), it lasts comfortably through the day and night, and charges quickly when needed. It pairs seamlessly with my phone, and notifications come through instantly.

The Galaxy Watch7 (44mm) is an excellent step forward for Samsung smartwatches, primarily due to its blazing-fast performance from the new 3nm Exynos W1000 processor. The interface is incredibly smooth, app switching is instant, and it handles continuous health monitoring without a hitch. The health tracking is top-tier. New features like the Energy Score (calculating readiness based on sleep and activity) and the innovative Sleep Apnea detection are genuine, useful additions, especially for Samsung users. The dual-band GPS is also a welcome upgrade for outdoor activities. My one main disappointment, which stops it from being a perfect 5-star product, is the battery life. While the 44mm size is better than the 40mm, getting much more than 1.5 to 2 days of use with continuous tracking and the Always-On Display (AOD) enabled is a struggle. It’s a definite improvement over older models, but it still requires daily or near-daily charging, especially if you rely on GPS. Overall, if you are a Samsung phone user looking for a slick, powerful smartwatch with best-in-class health features, this is the one to get. The performance and features outweigh the battery issue for me.
