The upgraded sensors in this watch provide accurate health data for tracking HR, RHR, HRV, SpO2, and body temperature. Sleep tracking is precise as well. GPS for walks, runs, and hiking is fairly accurate too. Battery life is phenomenal and for me, I can get two days out of this particular model.

For the person that mentions that the watch turns on when charging they need to go to the settings to turn that off. It's in the battery settings. Back to the wash it's amazing it's fast and snappy and we also get an ultra watch face which is very intuitive. Also the watch is slightly bigger. And you can't beat the price with trade-ins watch came till like $57. I really premium great looking watch especially if your military the green is amazing.
