It also has many pre programmed exersizes for workouts. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the battery life could be better.

(I wore two watches simultaneously to enable a compare) The Sleep monitoring is completely off, a disgrace to the brand. The Hours slept, REM, Deep and Awake stages are far from accurate. The SPo2 only provides an average during sleep. Sleep Naps are not recorded if under one hour. I was also disappointed with customer service. Very long wait time (20 minutes). After verifying that my Watch is up to date, I asked if a software update will be released soon to fix the bugs - no definite answer was given.
