There were no instructions that came with the watch and it was hard to connect to the internet. It still has not connected to the internet.

Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our devices. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We realize that transitioning to a new device can come with a bit of a learning curve. Have no worries! We have a plethora of resources in place to make that transition as seamless as possible. We currently offer informative videos on our YouTube channel that highlight your device and its features as well as device manuals, software updates, troubleshooting guides, and interactive simulators online. There could be several reason why your watch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network. For example, the Wi-Fi settings on the watch may be set to off, or there could be issues with the wireless networking you're trying to connect to.
