Battery sucks only 1.5 days I have to charge it every other day. It also takes multiple pieces of software.

This is a well made watch with tons of bells and whistles. Quite frankly, this thing blows Apple Watch outta the water! Pros: Battery life is fantastic Super easy set up Completely customizable Ease of use is a plus- gestures are very intuitive Stylish "squircle" design is closer to a traditional time piece Great speakers/sound quality, even with calls. Again, this watch outperforms the Apple Watch in this category Bright, vivid screen Cons: Takes a bit to charge- average time is about 1-2 hours depending on usage Screen is very reflective- although this is true, I haven't really found it to be a problem for me Watch band is high quality but doesn't let your wrist breath at all so my wrist gets pretty sweaty Having a separate service with all of its own settings (and it's a lot of settings) can be a con but personally, I love the customization/options available Step/exercise tracking does not seem to be super accurate so take that with a grain of salt. It's more of a general guideline to know approximately what your activity levels are

My kids have both had the Galaxy Watch 7 for a while and I had to replace one due to it being unable to charge any longer. The Watch 7 was out of stock so I bought the Galaxy Watch 8 to replace it. While it's cool to get an updated watch there's a few things about it that just arent great. The most important thing really is that since this has a larger battery the lifespan is definitely a little longer, enough so that it is noticed if not dramatic. The watch 7 and 8 are based on the same hardware except for the battery and screen brightness so there's not a significant gain here. Where the annoyance starts though is that the Watch 8 is a different shape than the 7. Cases and screen protectors for the 7 do not fit on the Watch 8. In addition they've changed out the watch bands attach to the watch, and it is different enough that the watch bands that basically fit every watch ever made do not fit this watch. While it does offer a cleaner looking edge, it's annoying that you have to buy watch bands made for it, which truly limits your options. If you have a watch 7 it's not worth the upgrade, but if it's your first foray into smart watches it might be worth it for you.

Love this watch. It is such an upgrade from my Galaxy 5. So many features to help with my health and fitness goals. Only downside is the battery life.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves it. He likes thst it tracks his steps better than just using his phone.

Great watch. Very slim compared to my old watch. Band fit well and navigation is easy to use.
