Bought for my “Android son” who silently envied the iPhone/iOS universe. He would never have purchased this on his own, but he deserved a smart watch to use with his Samsung phone. So far he loves it - does everything he’s wanted, plus many he didn’t know he did! Feedback so far - Feature packed, very good battery life, comfortable to wear, watch face selection is “so cool”. I can’t wait to hear more from him after continued use.

Purchased this watch for my wife for Christmas. She loves the watch. She has smaller size wrists and hands, she likes the way it fits and is not too large. Quality watch, long battery life with a nice band. Likes the app’s and the cellular GPS.

I upgraded from the Watch 6 Classic to the 8. I am not disappointed. I have longer battery life and the watch is far more lightweight. I was slightly disappointed about the change in the watch strap attachment (old watch straps can't be used); but I will admit that it is easier to fit the straps. This watch is noticeably lighter in weight than previous galaxy watches which is welcomed when using the watch for fitness purposes.

Great watch. Comfortable on the wrist. Battery life good. Eassy to use. Just great all around. Couldn't be happier with purchase.

This watch is a little big, but I chose this size for the battery life. So far, I am liking it. I can monitor my health as well as answer my phone, find my phone when I absent-mindedly misplace it, get reminders to get moving, check weather, etc. Too many great features to list here. The only downfall is that I do not have a Samsung phone, so some features are limited. Still, I am very happy with this watch.

I have had this product for a month now and it functions fine. I have no complaints. I have an android phone but not a Samsung so I have not integrated all the apps that come with it. Even so the apps I have integrated function without flaws. I like the watch face options. I recommend not having the watch face on at all times or you will need to recharge every day.

I am very shocked by my Galaxy watch 8 44mm. This is my very first smart watch. I been using a Fitbit versa 2 for 5 years but i got fed up with it due to poor battery life. When i had picked up my pre ordered Galaxy watch 8, I was amazed how easy it was to set up on my new Galaxy S25 Ultra. I had watched a lot of YouTube videos where some users are reporting that the "Battery" will only last for about 25 hours without "Always on display" turned on. They were extremely upset on the fact that Samsung advertised a 40 hour battery life but the customers arent getting a 40 hour battery life. On their youtube videos that you will need to charge the watch every morning as it only holds enough charge for 1 day. However, i had been getting at least 2-3 days of battery life on a 90% charge. I only charge the watch to 90% (using the "protect battery" setting so that it will prolong the life of the battery. Well in my case it litterly takes 1 and a half days to get the battery from 90% to 30%. So I have not used that much features yet i havent used the sleep apena tracking. I had been testing the "Always on display" setting since Yesterday (August 1, 2025). When i started the test i had charged the battery to 90%. I stsrted the test at 11:00am and i did turned off the watch at 11pm to save battery for today (August 2, 2025). Well as of writing this reveiw, my battery is at 34% and still holding up. Yes I did turned off the watch last night and that is why its holding a charge. However i dont use the watch at night so if you use your watch 24/7 you may not end up with 1-2 day battery life. But for my needs and my case i am getting a lot of extra juice per charge. I may not even charge the watch every morning unless i need it. The only complaint i have is the Original Wist band that Samsung makes. I can not charge the watch with my Samsung Duo Wireless charger due to the layout. I had to order a 3rd party wistband that is made out of Nylon Elastic band and i can twist the band so that i can charge it with my Samsung Duo Wireless charger. The original Samsung band was also way too small on me even though it was medium/Large. But other than the band im happy

Comfort, battery life , durability, excelent item.

I wasnt sure about getting one of these at first, but I'm glad I did. My job makes it annoying to have to stop and pull out my phone to check it, so this watch was perfect for me. It supports enough apps that I can operate normally throughout my day without ever having to reach for my phone, and the health tracking stats are nice too.

Feels good on the wrist and last around 3 days on one full charge.

This is a great watch! I only upgraded to this watch because the 7 that I had finally gave out after 6 years. I am still exploring this one. But what I do like is the size. The only thing I wish is that Samsung offered more of a selection of watch bands.

I love it, works great. Really like the black/graphite color instead the whitish color Watch7 I had. Battery seems to last longer the the Watch7

The smartwatch itself is solid and works as expected so far. No issues with the device performance. However, the in store pickup experience was extremely frustrating and well below expectations. I purchased the watch online in “Open Box Excellent” condition, which clearly states that all original accessories should be included. When I opened the box after pickup, the charger was missing. I returned to the store within minutes and was assisted by the same employee who had already been dismissive during pickup. When I explained the charger was missing, the response was essentially “that just happens,” followed by “I don’t know” multiple times when I asked how this would be resolved. There was no attempt to correct the issue in line with how the product was advertised. Instead of resolving it, I was told I could return the item or go buy a charger myself. I ultimately had to purchase a separate charger for $40, after being pointed to the wrong area of the store twice by the same employee. This wasn’t just inconvenient, it reflects a lack of training and accountability. If an item is sold as “Excellent” it should meet that standard, or the store should make it right without pushing the burden onto the customer. The product is fine, but the customer service experience was poor enough (Best Buy, Arrowhead Location, 8290 W Bell Rd) that I would reconsider shopping here again.

This watch has been a great watch. The battery life has been exceptional. Still quite new but getting approximately 2 days prior to recharge. Health functions of the purpose of this purchase, And they have been outstanding. Good looking fit and good looking watch, I would highly recommend it to anybody.

When i saw leaks about the new model i was very skeptical about it. It was weird looking and wasn't getting my attention. But i needed a new watch due to the Watch7 battery not being how it used to be. So i bought and i am very pleased but this new look and new model. it is so lightweight and just sits perfectly on top of the wrist.

This is an excellent watch for users that want quality and a simple, minimalist look and feel. It's perfect for everyday use and has a lot of sensors and health features. I would recommend this product to any Android users (especially Samsung users).

Awesome love it battery last long and features are so helpful

Very happy so far with the watch. Been using it to help stay active as well as having it help me stay notified without always having to pull my phone out. I use my phone a lot for work and it does help to not miss important and time sensitive issues that i am contacted about and could have miss because i didnt hear my phone or feel it go off. My one issue is actually with the standard band as i do not like the material it is made of. But i just bought a fabric one and swapped it out.
