The store agent is not that friendly too when I return the item and worst of all I did not get my reward points back too! Will recommend the brandnew item because it looks awesome

I bought an open box-excellent and it came with a cracked screen and scratches worse than my current smartwatch. Whoever returned this, seriously? That's rude. Whoever allowed it to be returned, seriously? Was it your last day?

Quite frankly, this thing blows Apple Watch outta the water! Pros: Battery life is fantastic Super easy set up Completely customizable Ease of use is a plus- gestures are very intuitive Stylish "squircle" design is closer to a traditional time piece Great speakers/sound quality, even with calls. Again, this watch outperforms the Apple Watch in this category Bright, vivid screen Cons: Takes a bit to charge- average time is about 1-2 hours depending on usage Screen is very reflective- although this is true, I haven't really found it to be a problem for me Watch band is high quality but doesn't let your wrist breath at all so my wrist gets pretty sweaty Having a separate service with all of its own settings (and it's a lot of settings) can be a con but personally, I love the customization/options available Step/exercise tracking does not seem to be super accurate so take that with a grain of salt. It's more of a general guideline to know approximately what your activity levels are

As of 3/31/26, select Galaxy users in the U.S. can conveniently monitor and track their blood pressure right from their wrist with help from Galaxy Watch and the Samsung Health Monitor App. Samsung’s Blood Pressure monitoring feature will begin a phased rollout to users in the U.S. on March 31, 2026, for Galaxy Watch4 and later released models (excludes Galaxy Fit), with Watch OS 4.0 or higher, Android OS 12 or higher. The blood pressure monitoring feature is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease. Consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns about your medical condition or treatment. This feature requires a third-party blood pressure cuff (sold separately) for initial and periodic calibrations (every 28 days). Be sure to read and follow instructions to calibrate the blood pressure function. The Samsung Health Monitor app becomes available for download once the Galaxy Watch is connected to the Galaxy phone. After enabling Blood Pressure monitoring in the Samsung Health Monitor app users can view blood pressure readings in the app and take blood pressure measurement on a connected Galaxy Watch. Poor choice

I had to remove all security functions just to be able to get the watch to work. I cannot have the security pin on it or anything else because when I did, it stayed locked, and I could not access the watch at all.

Not a significant update - annoying form factor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My kids have both had the Galaxy Watch 7 for a while and I had to replace one due to it being unable to charge any longer. The Watch 7 was out of stock so I bought the Galaxy Watch 8 to replace it. While it's cool to get an updated watch there's a few things about it that just arent great. The most important thing really is that since this has a larger battery the lifespan is definitely a little longer, enough so that it is noticed if not dramatic. The watch 7 and 8 are based on the same hardware except for the battery and screen brightness so there's not a significant gain here. Where the annoyance starts though is that the Watch 8 is a different shape than the 7. Cases and screen protectors for the 7 do not fit on the Watch 8. In addition they've changed out the watch bands attach to the watch, and it is different enough that the watch bands that basically fit every watch ever made do not fit this watch. While it does offer a cleaner looking edge, it's annoying that you have to buy watch bands made for it, which truly limits your options. If you have a watch 7 it's not worth the upgrade, but if it's your first foray into smart watches it might be worth it for you.
