Works good! Needs a different band. Love the sleep and step trtracking.

I have had this product for a month now and it functions fine. I have no complaints. I have an android phone but not a Samsung so I have not integrated all the apps that come with it. Even so the apps I have integrated function without flaws. I like the watch face options. I recommend not having the watch face on at all times or you will need to recharge every day.

I wasnt sure about getting one of these at first, but I'm glad I did. My job makes it annoying to have to stop and pull out my phone to check it, so this watch was perfect for me. It supports enough apps that I can operate normally throughout my day without ever having to reach for my phone, and the health tracking stats are nice too.

This is an excellent watch for users that want quality and a simple, minimalist look and feel. It's perfect for everyday use and has a lot of sensors and health features. I would recommend this product to any Android users (especially Samsung users).

I love it, works great. Really like the black/graphite color instead the whitish color Watch7 I had. Battery seems to last longer the the Watch7

To me the band is a bit uncomfortable, but not taking away anything since that ia a cheap and easy fix. The watch does exactly as advertised and looks great to wear

This is a great watch! I only upgraded to this watch because the 7 that I had finally gave out after 6 years. I am still exploring this one. But what I do like is the size. The only thing I wish is that Samsung offered more of a selection of watch bands.

Easy-to-use, very comfortable. I rely on it more than using my phone. I rarely take it off. Battery last forever, so it seems. Great product. Samsung never disappoints. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smart watch looking for multi features at hand

This watch does everything I need it to! I love the touch screen and the voice commands. It is light weight and looks nice. I had no problem pairing it with my Samsung phone.

Love the watch. I love that it is pretty much accurate for taking my blood pressure as compared to my BP machine. I just wished I didn't have to charge it every 36 hours.

The smartwatch itself is solid and works as expected so far. No issues with the device performance. However, the in store pickup experience was extremely frustrating and well below expectations. I purchased the watch online in “Open Box Excellent” condition, which clearly states that all original accessories should be included. When I opened the box after pickup, the charger was missing. I returned to the store within minutes and was assisted by the same employee who had already been dismissive during pickup. When I explained the charger was missing, the response was essentially “that just happens,” followed by “I don’t know” multiple times when I asked how this would be resolved. There was no attempt to correct the issue in line with how the product was advertised. Instead of resolving it, I was told I could return the item or go buy a charger myself. I ultimately had to purchase a separate charger for $40, after being pointed to the wrong area of the store twice by the same employee. This wasn’t just inconvenient, it reflects a lack of training and accountability. If an item is sold as “Excellent” it should meet that standard, or the store should make it right without pushing the burden onto the customer. The product is fine, but the customer service experience was poor enough (Best Buy, Arrowhead Location, 8290 W Bell Rd) that I would reconsider shopping here again.

Works really great! Husband loves it! Has so many features which is amazing.

Very happy so far with the watch. Been using it to help stay active as well as having it help me stay notified without always having to pull my phone out. I use my phone a lot for work and it does help to not miss important and time sensitive issues that i am contacted about and could have miss because i didnt hear my phone or feel it go off. My one issue is actually with the standard band as i do not like the material it is made of. But i just bought a fabric one and swapped it out.

I bought this watch from my wife.She loves it as she works out and needs know how many steps and her heart rate. It also has so many other features. Great buy and very stylish, she wears it out to dinner.

My husband loves his surprise Christmas gift! It has every possible function that he wants and needs and looks perfect, in addition! A hit!

For someone that doesn't wear watch often, this Samsung watch is so slim that I sometimes forget I have it on . It's waterproof feature makes me comfortable using it all the times except during shower

Attractive, functional, and lighter than my older watches. Downside is that the battery life isn't stellar and the charging rate is quite slow. Upsides are lots of fitness metric tracking and nice new interface.
