Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. Ugly design

I bought an open box-excellent and it came with a cracked screen and scratches worse than my current smartwatch. Whoever returned this, seriously? That's rude. Whoever allowed it to be returned, seriously? Was it your last day?

I fell 2 days ago and had to go to the emergency room. My contact has not been notified as of yet. I want to return it. Do i go thru online or the store?

It is not so i spent my hard earned money on a watch that doesnt work

The store agent is not that friendly too when I return the item and worst of all I did not get my reward points back too! Will recommend the brandnew item because it looks awesome

I had to remove all security functions just to be able to get the watch to work. I cannot have the security pin on it or anything else because when I did, it stayed locked, and I could not access the watch at all.

Not a significant update - annoying form factor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My kids have both had the Galaxy Watch 7 for a while and I had to replace one due to it being unable to charge any longer. The Watch 7 was out of stock so I bought the Galaxy Watch 8 to replace it. While it's cool to get an updated watch there's a few things about it that just arent great. The most important thing really is that since this has a larger battery the lifespan is definitely a little longer, enough so that it is noticed if not dramatic. The watch 7 and 8 are based on the same hardware except for the battery and screen brightness so there's not a significant gain here. Where the annoyance starts though is that the Watch 8 is a different shape than the 7. Cases and screen protectors for the 7 do not fit on the Watch 8. In addition they've changed out the watch bands attach to the watch, and it is different enough that the watch bands that basically fit every watch ever made do not fit this watch. While it does offer a cleaner looking edge, it's annoying that you have to buy watch bands made for it, which truly limits your options. If you have a watch 7 it's not worth the upgrade, but if it's your first foray into smart watches it might be worth it for you.
