While i love the technical aspects of this watch; the band system is awful. If changing the look of your smart watch is important to you, stick with the 7. I am 67 and have vision issues. It takes me roughly 60 minutes under bright lights to change the band. I almost suspect that Samsung sought to discourage the availability of 3rd party watch bands. I have settled on a band that i feel will be appropriate for my style (such as it is). It pairs very well with my S25 Ultra. I will keep it in service.

Your feedback allows us to continue to strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers while we remain committed to constant innovation. On the Galaxy Watch8 series and Galaxy Watch Ultra, the release button is on the watch instead of the band. 1 - Flip the watch over, and press the button on the bottom of the watch to release the band and pull it out. 2 - Do this on both sides. 3 - Now, simply push the new band into place one each side. You do not have to press the release button to connect a new band. It is lighter and looks a lot nicer. I love the rotating bezel. The battery life seems to be a downgrade. Also, all my previous watch bands are not compatible with this new watch. So far, it only last 2 days on a full charge with limited app usage

The screen is bright and clear, it connects easily to my Samsung phone and is very intuitive in it's functionality. Battery life is better than previous versions but could still be better.
