We value your candor as we continue to improve our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The advertised Galaxy Watch8 Classic features a built-in battery protection setting that caps charging at 90% rather than 80% to balance longevity with daily usability. This feature, accessible under Settings > Battery > Battery Protection, stops charging at 90% and resumes if the battery drops to 85%. However, you can navigate to your Settings, tap on Battery, and toggle on Battery Protection off to charge your device to 100%.
