No charging and listening to your ear buds at the same time. Klutzy. A two handed phone. Nothing special except the size. And get this. Trade in this $1100 phone and you'll get a whopping $280! 1

He had it less than a month before the battery wouldn't stay charged for more than 4 hours. We took it back, they did an exchange. The 2nd phone's battery wouldn't hold a charge. We took it back again, opted for a different phone all together. They need to get this whole flip phone thing figured out before we try it again.

Compared with other Samsung models, which I have been using for 20 years, this model is very sensitive and fragile. With the same usage patterns my other phones would last 5-6 years, while the top portion on this one stopped responding after 5 months of usage. There is no any damage on it, so I do not even know what the issue was. The repair will cost 368 USD. This model will sell for a short period of time because of a nice design, but if the quality is not there, it will eventually damage Samsung reputation.

Samsung does not honor Warrenty

Samsung did not honor my warranty and wanted me to mail in my phone so they could look at it with no regard to how i was going to get by without a phone.
