I trully love this phone but what i dont love is the fact that the Z flip has a screen disfuction where it becomes unresponsive to touch and thats just a half a screen issue the other half wrks fine my screen is in mint condition and ive had the phone 7 months BUY THE WARRANTY I didn't and now i gotta buy a new one .....ouch

I LOST MY FIRST REVIEW ON THIS PHONE. So I'm trying to put down all the info before I loose it again. All of the I-phone gals love this phone because Apple does not have one yet. The phone has less features than my Note 8 or Note 9. It has NO stylus. It has NO way of adding more memory. NO ear phone Jack. NO Iris recognition but a hard to use finger print reader. It only works after many trys, glad it has a four digit code when the reader does not detect a programed finger print. NO video calling, you have to use a new app called DUO which is actually FREE to down load from the Google store and the Apple store to make a video calls with the DUO phone app. The software program for my Yahoo mail is different on this flip phone. The Z flip phone is very slippery when wet and it loves finger prints on screen. I bought a phone protector from ARAREE and also a holster with a belt clip from BELTRON . I use them both. I only use the phone holder with the belt clip. I use the ARAREE protector that has a place to put a lanyard on and it also has a movable plastic cover over the swival hinge. See the pictures for details. The keyboard splits up when rotating the phone to make the screen larger. the system of charging my watch 3 with this phone does not charge because of the phone protector blocks the charging signal from the flip phone. Best to use a lanyard around your wrist. I use a Blutooth keyboard and mouse instead of the split keyboard when you rotate the phone. This phone will be used as my spare phone while my primary phone will be a Note 9. It is a nice paper weight that I can keep in my shirt pocket. It is a nice conversation piece when you flip it open in front of any I_phone users. My primary phone will still be a Note 9. Thank you Samsung for making a I-phone that flips in the middle.

This is a great phone right out of the box. I was skeptical about the reviews regarding its quality. But after several weeks of practical use, this phone has proven it’s worth and is truly a work horse. I am very SATISFIED with this purchase. I am also pleased with Samsung for having the phone ship pre-installed with a screen protector. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in having the phone of the future.

Within 4 months of purchase there was an air bubble forming in the fold. Within a couple days that air bubble spread across the fold. Today, 7 months from when the product was delivered, the top half of my screen is not working. I can see what is displayed but touch screen stopped working. Within days a black line started spreading through the crease, kind of looks like ink, and it is slowly spreading to the bottom portion of the phone.

Disappointed for the price. The screen is lifted where it folds & also just went completely blank
