    Nothing wrong with Best Buy store or service at all!!! But the product didn't work w/ my phone. The Best Buy nor the Samsung techs could not figure out the problem. Also the people from Samsung company couldn't figure out the problem either.

    Tried on 3 different Android phones with 5.0 and 4.3 versions. Geek squad tried and couldn't get to work. They informed me that it usually doesn't work with non Samsung phones. Don't waste your time like I did.

    this technology needs to be developed more, i was looking for more phone capabilites for my watch, but it's just tells you that you have messages and you can read some but mostly you need to refer back to your phone.

    As much as I would like to taut the technological advances of Samsung I am unable to do so. The Gear2 Neo and the Samsung S4 working together has become an expensive joke that I am unable to tolerate any longer.

    I purchased this smartwatch on Black Friday for $129 and so far i am not disappointed. I am able to receive notifications from selected applications from my Galaxy S6. I'm also able to respond to my text messages with customizable templates and respond and make calls. Im also able to control my music with the watch. This watch is perfect when driving but still needs more work so that i can do more with it. Overall good smartwatch with the amount that i paid.
