I bought this one because it was a sleeker version.I like getting notifications on it. I have a fitbit as well so was already use to counting steps. I found a slight difference is step counting with the two; this one was slightly lower. My only complaint is the battery life isn't as good.

I got it for its pedometer feature..but the message and phone call alerts are the best! I dont have to stop my work out to answer unnecessary phne calls now. And I stay on top of my emails

I bought this watch to originally track my sleep patterns. I really like that it works well with my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone, the Gear fit and S Heath apps. My only complaint is that it sometimes has a hard time reading my heartrate accurately after and during a workout (too much sweat maybe).

I tried using the fitbit and that had too many problems. I have a Samsung phone and after researching figured I'd give this a shot. Besides tracking fitness I can get several different notifications sent to my watch making it easier to keep track of everything. Definitely a great buy!

Love the fact that it is more than just a watch. This is great for both beginners and advanced people who would like to monitor their steps or heart rate. It is very easy to setup and use. In addition, it links very easy if you currently have a Samsung phone.

I like the gear fit watch. The only drawback is battery life. I had a fit bit previously and it would last days without needing charge. The gear fit last only a couple days, but it also has much more functionality.

Connects easily with my S6 and the related apps on the phone. Very useful to track notifications w/out having to always pull the phone out. Works well as a watch when I need one. Need a compatible Samsung phone to use.

Great product! Bought this originally for my daughter. At first I was wondering if I should buy this or should I get the other Samsung smart watches. But after trying the others on, I felt the smooth curved design would look nicer on my daughter's wrist then any other watch.

The Samsung Gear-fit is an excellent fitness watch for any Samsung product user. the compatibility with a Samsung mobile device is amazing and useful. The only down fall I have had is with my difficulties in syncing the device and my Samsung account to record my collected data.

I really like seeing my notifications from my phone on my wrist. also the pedometer is really nice feature.

My wife uses this everyday! She loves being able to reply to text (preset ), check who's calling and see all her notifications while her phone is in silent mode at work. A good motivation for beginners working out.

I really am enjoying using my Samsung Gear Fit. It has been helping me to track my steps and my heart rate when exercising. I'm still learning some of the features and how to use the ap on my phone to get the maximum use and benefit for my weight loss and exercise goals.

I own a Galaxy note 4 and this watch/pedometer works well with my phone. The thing I do not enjoy about the device is that the battery on lasts 2-3 days. It would also be a better product if the charge cable plugged directly into watch when it needs to be charged.

Previously bought the Gear Fit watch for me in Jan 2015 and then bought the Gear Fit watch for my daughter. We both have Samsung phones and when paired with the Gear Fit makes it very easy to track health info (heart rate, sleep quality, etc.) as well as tracking daily steps and exercise achievements and trends. When paired with the Samsung phones, it also gives you quick notification of alarms and incoming text messages and email.

I was using the jawbone up device for my fitness needs. This has many more features. I love the way it incorporates steps, heart rate monitor and music together flawlessly. I give this two thumbs up.

I am super happy with this product. People comment on my Gear Fit on how attractive it looks. I am more than happy to show them how it works. I like the ease of how it works with my Samsung phone. I had used a FitBit before this; it also is easy to use, but I had wanted this product first.

If you have a galaxy phone this smartwatch/fitness tracker is a pleasant accessory to have. I purchased two, one for my wife and one for myself to use as fitness trackers. The plus is that although it's not a true smartwatch, it's so much more than a fitness tracker. You get everything you want for fitness, including the HR monitor that really came in handy when i was sick and needed to keep track of my hearr rate, and many more tools and apps that are convenient, ie. The calculator, flashlight, etc. The only negative I would claim at the moment, after 2 months, is that the tracking doesn't work properly if your hand is too still, ie. We walk with our son and holding the stroller causes the watch to not properly could take your steps which throws all of the other measurements off as well. Other than that it's been pretty solid and has worked effortlessly with our Note 5s.

Got this for my wife and she like being able to read texts and count her steps. Wish it was a little more compatible with Non-Samsung devices but for the most part it still works with her LG G3 phone.

I truly am enjoin every aspect of this gear fit. Like how you do nearly everything on the for itself, like track your sleep, see how many steps so far, getting text message notifications. And best part, I was able to have a custom screen -a photo of my son.

If you are looking for a fit-band to measure cals and integrate with other apps this is not it. This is a watch that does some of the things that a fit- band would do, but its not great at it. Good integration with Samsung, good interface but could be better. Its a good combination of a watch ( not bulky) and fit-band, comfortable to wear, and decent accuracy for the price.
