Best buy return policy is awful

The only problem is the band, after 16 days, it fell off my wrist for no reason and shattered. I tried to exchange it at best buy and told me I couldn't do it because I missed the 15 day return policy by 1 day and they wouldn't do it anyway despite that it was defective. Almost 200 dollars down the drain. Best buy has lost a long time customer. The fitness watch itself would've had a 4 star, the experience of best buy dropped it down to 1.

BAD BAND
