Gear Fit 2 Good & Bad

Great functionality

Open box item with issues.

Decided to give it another try so bought an open box. This one the floors don't count correctly. My best day I did over 400 flights of stairs. Talked with Samsung 5 times about half an hour each time and got nowhere. Call the Best Buy and they are swapping it out for another open box one. Hopefully this one will work better. Right now I would not recommend this product to a friend. That may change with my new one. Very disappointed in Samsung customer service.
