Great watch. Everything is customization galore...

The back case sensor plastic easily peal off after 14 months of regular used. I called Samsung and they said it past the warranty period and they said it require to replace the whole back case and will cost almost half of the price of the brand new one. I suspect the glue on the film that covers the 3 dots sensor melts when it get wet when I perspired during work out. I cant no longer wear it because the bright lights will burn your skin. Very Frustrating.

excellent in applications but should improve water resistance, because I was already damaged by the body sweat exercising.

I have a walking disability, and occasionally have to use a cane. I love Samsung products, and I was excited to purchase. However, after setting everything up the Gear Fit 2 doesn't track my steps at all. Therefore, I returned it, and ended up talking to a Fitbit representatibe, and the Fitbit Charge 2 tracks my steps with no issue even with my disability, and the Fitbit Charge 2 is cheaper. I am very disappointed that Samsung did not create this product with disabilities in mind.

Generally a great product except for the clasp on the wristband, which is tricky to close. Nearly lost this item twice. For this reason, I cannot recommend.

Overall a good fitness watch. Only one negative so far and that's the heartbeat monitor. It doesn't keep a constant record of beats but does random checks.

Says water resistant up to 5ft but will get water damage which warranty doesn't cover. Not satisfied with that.

Nice addition for tracking fitness, but product doesn't stand up after a couple of months. Bought one, took it back a couple months later. Got a new one in exchange and took it back for refund after a couple months also. Product began to freeze up, not except a charge. Became frustrating to use. Started out fine though. Too bad because I really like Samsung phones!

There is a good battery life. I like how it tracks my calories and tells me to move when ive been sitting and immobile too long. Comfortable wear.

I love that I get emails and text messages. It's a great tracker as well.

Product is good in overall aspect, Samsung gear fit lacks steps accuracy and waterproof it does job of sending notification and reject message

first one i got, it wasn't working properly and keeps on falling off my hand. returned it.. the second one i got same issue it keeps on falling.

Purchased and was given a small but needed a large. Doesn't send text at all because I have an iPhone. Disappointed and now rarely wear it.

Got it free when my husband purchased a phone. It's ok but wouldn't purchase. Not user friendly, and stairs are not measured correctly.

Bought this as a gift for my wife because she has a Samsung galaxy On5 phone, couldn't get it connected to the phone, followed all the steps,nothing. Went to best buy to return it, I couldn't return it , because it was over 15 days. I took the gear fit2 to best buy technicians for help, they couldn't get it connected. So disappointed. My wife is frustrated.

This doesn't keep track of my steps as good as I thought it would, getting messages on the watch is nice but reply options are minimal.

i do not really care for the faces of the watch selections,& not that easy to use compared to the GEAR FIT 1..I loved the GEAR FIT 1...

I bought the Samsung Gear Fit 2 in the Fall of 2016 and I have had to replace it twice since then. I am so glad I got the maintenance agreement from Best Buy! The first time I had to replace it the Gear Fit was not properly tracking my miles and time. I would normally run 2 miles in 20 minutes and then suddenly the same two miles on the same indoor track would take 30 minutes. The Gear Fit would show my pace as an incredible wiggly line of fast, real slow, fast, and so on. The second Gear Fit went from clocking my run at 3 miles to clocking the same run at 2.5 miles. Here I was thinking I was running 3 miles at a certain pace and it turns out I was not even close! I call Samsung Customer Service (useless) and they told me to do a restart on my Gear Fit. After 3 hours of this restart going on and on and on I took it to Best Buy and got yet another replacement. This current one is working but gave me trouble on my Sunday morning run by switching on its own from tracking distance to tracking time; since I am not able to change the tracking manually during my runs I am not sure how it did that on its own. Is there a third replacement in my future? Perhaps... Once the maintenance agreement is over this Gear Fit is outta here.
