I could not pair with my apple phone and my tablet

I was really excited to get this item, however, I was truly disappointed. At first it worked great, then it wouldn't stay in sync with my phone. I had to reset it. I followed the directions and even looked for tutorials online and still didn't work.

Brought this to use for tracking cycling. The GPS is very inaccurate. Did several rides of 30 miles or more and it captured less than half the distance. HR is also very inaccurate during the rides compared to the Garmin HR strap.

The product has good functionalities but the joining between strap and the watch comes off automatically everytime even when doing normal things... As a watch made for work outs it Is bizarre how it comes off even with a tiny shake of your hands..how is it supposed to stay for intense activities like running or workouts...I lost the device when i was walking home from work. Really poor design and fragile for a watch almost 200$ made specially for workouts. Good functions built into cheap hardware

I chose this due to the gps feature. However, with notifications turned off and only tracking stairs, steps and calories it cannot make it 24hrs on the battery

Bought this watch in Sept of 2017 and it only lasted 10 months before it stopped charging completely. Reaching out to Samsung for warranty info.

I have purchase 4 of these. Every one has had battery issues. Either not turning on after a while or not holding a charge. Thoroughly disappointed with this product. Samsung is usually better quality.

I've always loved Samsung but after three weeks my buttons started getting stuck. Of course it happens 2 days after return policy expires. Now it's constantly rebooting and useless.

I received this watch to review and test.I was really excited to test it.Setting it up was very easy I was able to download watch faces and music on my watch.I've had it for almost two weeks and I'm very happy with it.I love it I must say the watch feels great and it stays put.It doesn't unlatch,it's water resistant.I use it every where except when I clean using water and when showering. Other watches might cause sweating but not this one.I like that it monitors my heart rate and when I move my wrist up to check time it lights up.It gives me the option to answer a call if I'm away from my phone which I think it's great.When I get emails I have the option to erase,archive and other options.This watch has a lot of great features I highly recommend it.I've had a great experience with it.It keeps me motivated I need to charge it every two days and it monitors my steps and when I run as well.It's worth it and an excellent watch.

Does not work correctly it doesn't notify me with a buzz when i receive calls or text took this to the geek squad they where awful never go there again they no nothing..

The functionality of this watch is fine. The clasp on the band is poor and the reason for my low review. Advertising this as a "Sports" enthusiast accessory, I was very disappointed that within a few weeks my watch was falling off constantly. It has already shattered the glass screen (luckily I can still read it) and it's a miracle that I haven't lost it (yet).

Was ok but the battery was very weak and I traded for a Fitbit much better.

Had a terrible battery and was not much better than cheaper options

This Gear stinks! It will not keep charged for over a day. My Fitbit was 10 times better!

This fitness whacht was not what they advertised at all. Battery does not last.

WOULD HAVE LIKED IT BETTER IF IT WOULD SYNC WITH MY PHONE BETTER - COULDN'T GET THE HANG OF IT. WENT BACK TO THE FITBIT.

I cannot fully rate this item due to me not fully knowing how to use it. However, I really like the step counter.

This item was very hard to get used to and stuck out to much which case it to get caught easily on stuff.

Did not like it- it did not work as I thought it would. Will get the watch instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'n

At first I liked the GearFit, even though it doesn't have full functionality with my iPhone. Sadly, after a week, it wouldn't display anything. It showed fully charged while connected to the charger, then immediately shut off and wouldn't work, even after repeated attempts to restart. I returned it to Best Buy and will stick with FitBit after this.
