This was an exchange from the 1st Gear I bought. I took it back within 3 days because the tracker counted 43 floors when I had walked 5, similiar to the first tracker. I called Samsung and was told that they know the floor tracking isn't right. Then I started watching the count as I took steps on my daily walk. That count was exaggerated also. I ended up taking the 2nd tracker back too. Its too bad because the display and functions were awesome but in my opinion it should have never gotten out of R&D.

It is a great watch. Great for meetings and class .

Syncs to my phone easily, monitors sleep (an important feature for me!) although, I didn't want black, I have been able to find aftermarket bands in many colors, so not as much of an issue anymore! I do have the warranty, which I recommend for any electronics! So I'm confident it will last for a good while.

While the device is great looking, I was disappointed by the fact that it's not a continuos heart rate. That coupled with poor battery life reduced rating of the product.

My wife got this item when we got our note 7s. She like this one but preffered a better looking one. She did use it a lot even though she preffered a different one. I would recommend this item if you like the style of it.

Really love the watch, size, fit, screen and all that it does. Returned it cause the message fly off the display to fast to read and the display doesn't stay on like the Blaze does. I returned it and bought the Blaze.

This is my third smart watch, and I wish I had known about it before I bought the first one, I have had it for 4 days, and so far, I love it! I gave the first one away after wearing it 2 months, and the second one goes to a friend after wearing it about 6 weeks! Number one was Fitbit HR, number two was Polar 360!

Well, I purchased this in late 2017 for a Christmas present for my wife. Blaming her "technology challenged" mind, she never even took them out of the box. This February while on a ski trip, she witnessed both of her daughters' interaction with their "sport watches and determined she would start to "use" hers as soon as she got back home. I took it out of the box and put it on it's charger and the next morning, VOILA, NOTHING!!! Read some reviews that stated the same thing and Google searched for possible solutions and so far, nothing is working. I own lots of Samsung gear and this is the very first negative experience with any of their products. Since I purchased it back in 2016, the warranty is ancient history and I'll probably have to buy a new one. Not sure if it'll be Samsung though, considering trying something different. On a positive note, she LOVES the color (pink, her favorite) but am disappointed to not be able to give it a better review. Negative reviews are very rare for me and would love to have given this one a higher one...
