Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Gear Fit2 Pro for its fitness tracking capabilities, waterproof design, user-friendly interface, and compatibility with Samsung phones. However, they express concerns about its short battery life, occasional inaccuracy in step counting, and water resistance issues that may void the warranty.

I got this as a bundle in when I got a new phone and while it seems to perform it's functions I am rather meh about it. The resulution of hte screen is poor and you can't do much with the notifications. The heart rate monitor seems to be of limited accuracy. The band is all rubber and uncomfortable. since this is marketed more as a fitness band i gave it 3 stars since it does count steps and read your heart rate. Battery life is only about 2 days with the heart rate monitor on.

this watch/fitness trackers works perfectly. Easy to operate and links flawlessly to my phone. only issue is it has a short battery life if you are active.

Works great, love comparability with my Samsung watch. Only problem is battery life. That's why 4 stars. Get 12 hours max. Nothing close to the even "up to" 2 days.

Its a great looking device and comfortable to wear but the down side is the battery life could be better. Samsung claims up to 4 days i could get 2 at most

I did my research and thought theGear Fit2Pro fit my needs. I was okay with limited IOS functionality but it would not connect to my iPhone 6+, period. GPS (distance) and heart rate accuracy was the most disappointing. I'm 58 years old and I know my heart rate doesn't reach 219 BPM. I walked the same exact mile course twice; the first time it didn't register 1 mile until nearly 200 yards after the mile mark. The second time it registered a mile about 150 yards short . The watch is cool and has many neat features. Unfortunately this one was returned to BB. I spent more and bought the Apple Watch 3 and am very satisfied.

I have other Samsung products (TVs, phone) and love them. This watch -- not so much. In fact I wonder if it's even made by the same company. I bought it to use running. I've only had it three months and it's already failing. They claim it's water resistant to 50 meters, but some sweat and rain has caused it to freak out. It's clearly not made to withstand regular use by athletes. Besides, it's hard to read while running, the screen flashes on and off no matter what you put the settings at, and the batter is inferior. Recently it started randomly shutting off despite being sufficiently charged, and today, after getting a little rain on it, the touch screen has stopped working rendering the watch almost useless. Waste of $200!!!

Bought this for my wife, she loves it. They have a no cell phone policy at her work and this "watch" allow her to keep tabs on her texts and phone calls, knowing when it's an important call. Plus she is getting more interested in her health and this device helps her with that.

I have gotten many nice comments on the look of the watch. If you are looking for perfection this is not the watch. I enjoy the features but I was expecting the time to be perfect but it loses seconds everyday and need reset after a few days or week. It also does not seem to catch all my steps when walking. I have other devices to check as well and the watch is always lower

Love this watch. We got this for our teenage daughter. It was an easy set up, and use. She is very active so I was worried after her sweating during sports and ruining it but its holding up like a champ. Provides all the features of the more expensive smart watches.

I purchased this watch for swimming as it is designed for swimming. But it started malfunctioning after second or third time under water. I did everything as per the instructions but it water still penetrated inside the housing. Got replacement, it works fine. However, I dont wear the new watch while I am swimming anymore. Step count are very accurate as well as heart rate too. But after sometimes, stair counts gets fuzzy. Even I don't use stairs it thinks i climbed up 20 floors. I love using it during myworkout as it sinks nicely with my note 9.

I like the newer features that my Fit 1 lacked and Samsung has done a good job of making a good thing better but I can't give it a 5 because all that hardware and capability is hamstrung by no apps being allowed to be available by Samsung other than watch faces. My favorite new feature is the independent music player to go with the superb water resistance. I listen to music while swimming with water proof earbuds while my phone is safely away from the pool.

I have been extremely happy with the watch so far. It lets me know when I have been idle for awhile and keeps track of my activity. Battery life is awesome. A nice surprise was that it lets me know how well I slept.

I researched the best multifunctional watch and found the Samsung Gear Fit Pro was the best watch for my needs. I have a very physical job in public safety. This watch keeps track of my metabolic rate as well as other functions that are linked to my cellphone.
