I sync with my Motorola phone with no problem and it helps me monitor my pulse during my work outs and walking and running with my dog. I also reminds me when I need to get up after sitting for so long. I would recommend this as a first smartwatch purchase but I may upgrade soon to a bigger smartwatch so I can view the info on the watch better.

For someone that never wears a watch I've gotten used to it being there pretty quickly. band feels sweaty in the heat though. seems pretty accurate on the BP HR etc side

Customer service said I would have to send it in, so I did. A few days later I received a call saying I need to pay $70 to fix the band. When I sent it in there was nothing wrong with it. I paid, got it fixed, now the band the replaced came undone while wearing it the screen shattered. I call customer service again and they said it'll only be fixed if I pay $86. I'm just going to purchase another brand instead of basically buying a second watch in the last 9 months in service costs.
