I’m disappointed in Samsung on this one. The idea is great but too many flaws to love this and recommend to a friend. 1. First one I bought did not support offline Spotify as advertised. I did all the troubleshooting but had to go through Warranty to replace. The customer service through Samsung was TERRIBLE. They would only offer to repair 4-6 week process because I did not purchase directly from them (their words). Fortunately Best Buy stepped up and took care of it. 2. Band broke after 90 days of normal use, Samsung considers this “abuse” even though is was a defect part which broke from the housing. 3. Software is terrible, logging calories doesn’t sync to the correct day. An internal time zone issue which moves all your calories to the next day when you log after 4pm. Nobody at Samsung can fix this and claim “it is not a Samsung issue, it’s a devise issue with your phone”. INCORRECT!!

The watch is great and has several great features but the battery doesn’t stay charged for long and the Bluetooth capabilities don’t reach very far before it disconnects.

I love that partner apps are preinstalled on the watch and can Sync with Samsung Health and they changed the band.

Worked well for a few months then it stopped recording stairs and steps. I had to send it back to Samsung twice to get it fixed correctly. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy activity tracker and I am very pleased with it

Bought this for my son. He loves it we originally bought him a fit bit but this was way better according to him.
