Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Gear Fit2 Pro for its fitness tracking capabilities, waterproof design, user-friendly interface, and compatibility with Samsung phones. However, they express concerns about its short battery life, occasional inaccuracy in step counting, and water resistance issues that may void the warranty.

Watch us ok, but most smart watches for me just don’t provide enough value. If you have to be tied to a cell phone then just use the phone

This product is not water proof. SAMSUNG refused to honor their warranty stating that the product may get ruined if it got wet. My husband's watch stopped working when it got wet. I have never been so disappointed in a company! Please, please don't waste your money on this watch.

It does everything as advertised. But what it does best is make you realize how much a plain analog watch it perfect.

This was my 4th Samsung Gear Fit2. The first two lasted about 6 to 8 months and one quit completely while the other was very inaccurate with steps and stairs. Then I upgraded to the Gear Fit2 Pro for my wife and I. One of the Pro versions lasted 6 months and then just quit. The second one is still working good. In my experience, there's a 25% chance you will get one that works. Not worth it.

Pros: Comfortable with a gorgeous screen. Cons: Actual functionality. Battery life = 1 day. HR monitor sticks and is unreliable. Will not track elliptical accurately step wise or calorie wise. Go for a bike ride, ride for a while and then look at the display, what do you see? - The home screen (not your workout screen) It goes on and on with thoughtless ui and general usability head-scratchers. I'm going back to my Garmin Vivosmart HR+. It's bulkier and less sexy, but it works and they actually support their products. I have emailed Samsung twice on two issues with the Fit and I got the first autoresponders type emails and that was it. Samsung makes awesome phones and displays but they need to get out of the fitness and watch markets unless they are willing to finish the job and stay engaged.

Junk. Worked great for a short time then just stopped connecting to my phone. Buy the warranty. I had to exchange mine multiple times and then they discontinued this model. I wonder why. Best Buy was awesome handing my warranty issues!!
