Great if used with Samsung phone. Worked will till it broke within 2 years

The device was to big and bulky. Returned and changed out for the FitBit.

Only lasted 2.5 years after taking extremely good care of. Sensors failed.

I bought this watch for my husband as we are both runners and like to track our runs. After 6 months of having this watch we noticed this watch does not measure steps correctly and is normally a quarter of a mile or a half mile off. This watch is not good for people that actually want to know who far they ran without using other app on your cell phone.

Great security watch was locked upon purchase. So secure even after reset had to be returned.

The system would not stay charged more than just the day.

Purchased this as a gift and literally in less than a month wasn’t working properly

Stylish but too many issues if paring with iPhone 8. Returned and went with apple watch.

Haven't had this watch long before it stopped working.

I got this with my samsung 10e. havent really used it.

So frustrated. The device itself works fine and i loved the watch up until today. The wrist band connections broke and now the whole thing is useless. I don't swim or shower with it and i'm not very hard on it but the tabs that hold the strap on broke and now i'm out $150.

It malfunctioned with in 30 days and I had to send it back for repair. The heart rate monitor was inaccurate when I checked it both manually, and against another fitness tracker. Also the calorie counter was also inaccurate compared to other calorie counters.

Inspite the fact that in Samsung Compatibility page it says the Gear Fit2 is compatible with J7, how was my surprise after several attempts it just not work. The Gear App says it is not compatible. Frustration at a maximum level.

Some days from the street to my front door is 4 flights of stairs, some days it is just 1. The sleep track functions with this unit are more guess-work than science. Spotify controls are "spotty", caller Id works though.

Not actually waterproof. Thing dies if you get it wet. Which defeats the purpose of what it advertises and I got it for.

Ordered item on a price match. To match the price they sent me a used item. It froze on my first jog. Heart rate monitor stuck at 201 bpm.

Supposed to be waterproof. Yea...its not. Can't take a shower with it. Don't bump anything with it. Just don't buy it

I don't use the activity tracking much, I mostly wanted notifications of my schedule and other simple notifications so I wouldn't have to check my phone so much. I've had several other smart watches in the past, all were expensive and had a lot of features that were completely uncessary to me, I was pleased to find one that was less expensive and did what I needed it to. I really liked the wirstband of the previous fit 2 model, it was easy to adjust throughout the day, I don't really care for the clasp but it seems everyone other than myself had problems with the old latch so it makes sense they would change it. The problem I did have with the old model was the wristband broke off from the unit, the wristbands are replaceable however I was unable to locate an OEM version. For what I use it for, which is to receive notifications and view my schedule, it works perfectly. I do also really like the heart rate monitor and sleep tracking and they seem to work well. The battery life is great, I seem to use about 1-2% per hour and just place it on the charger when I take a shower and it always stays pretty much at full charge. This is a great product for the price given that it fulfills your needs for a device. It looks great and discreet as well.

Cheap mayerial. Got rubber burn on my wrist and the wrist band torned appart.
