I do like the product and it has great features, and I like the feel of it on my wrist. That all being said, I may return this item unless iOS compatibility is remedied right away.

It doesn't count my steps appropriately and doesn't connect well with our health insurance app in order for me to get credit for my steps. I am just not that impressed with it. It doesn't stay charged for long and has to be charged nightly.

I contacted Samsung, the fixed it... which caused a battery charging problem. I resent it back which then burned me again. I would not suggest this as Samsung gave me a full refund, but when I did have it and it worked correctly it was good.

Display would get stuck on one screen. Lots of instabilities to phone capabilities (even with Samsung Note). Wristband clips difficult to remove for replacing.

Also, the front glass cracked within a month of owning it. I was surprised since the watch did not get abused in any way and was not dropped. In the end, I returned it and picked out a different model.
