Horrible customer service!!!

Had nothing but problems with this, not accurate for swimming laps, froze up had to reset numerous times. Last straw was suddenly line across screen under the screen protector. Sent for warranty repair. Samsung says out of warranty and pay 87.00 for repair. Why the ....would i pay 50% of the cost of new phone to have it repaired??? How can it be out of warranty after only six months??? Told them to send it back to me unrepaired. I will nevef buy another Samsung product and tell others!!!

Worst Purchase Ever

Sent back twice from Samsung as completely checked and repaired. Both times the same failure. Over the next four (4) months, calling Samsung Case Management at least twice each week, I was told on several occasions that a replacement watch was being sent, merely waiting on UPS to pick up. The watch never came. Finally, at the end of the four (4) month period, Samsung sent me a check for $199.00 (no tax included). I just purchased a new APPLE Series 3 watch with the $199.00. Am completely satisfied. My family will NEVER purchase a Samsung product again. None of this mess was the fault of Best Buy.

A Dissapointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had total of 4 Samsung gear fit and gear fit pro. the watch stops charging. Luckily, I purchased the protection plan and the watch was replaced. This watch doesn't keep accurate steps.

My wrist is 7 inches, so I figured this would be great. WRONG. The band is huge. I snuggled it up as small as it would go and I still had room for my thumb under the band. It was unwearable, so I returned it. Don't order if your wrists are on the small side.
