I like the functions, but wish the device was slighly smaller. It is a little big looking on a small wrist, but overall i am happy with the purchase.

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. She’s loves the way it fits, it’s not “bulky” like the last version. She says it does everything she wants it to do and more. All the different ways it tracks her workouts fits her lifestyle.

It's much easier to navigate than thought. It's working better than expected. Steps are pretty accurate...it will count steps on 4wheeler on rough terrain or horse back which is a bit troublesome. Overall I like the product.

When I bought the watch I thought it wasn't going to be that good but when I used I really liked it. It can count my steps, my calories and my bpm. Also, it has a lot of excercise option and other apps that are very useful.

I had a Net Gear before but it has a cracked face and the charging cradle died completely. I saw this one and decided to update I am loviñg it so far, I just need to find time to really learn how to use it better to my advantage.

Very feature filled with excellent coordination with Samsung apps. Only disappointment was that it doesn't non-contact charge like the Gear S3.

I got this for my wife. She wore the first model until it literally fell off her arm because the bands fell off after wearing it day day out. She loved that watch. This is better because of the traditional watch band now on it.

My daughter broke the face on her GearFit so thankfully I had purchased the BestBuy warranty. This is the replacement and the watch band is so much better on this one.....Samsung you should have used this band to begin with.

I loved this smart watch, but super sad to know that when it broke I wasn't able to get another one because Best Buy updated their stock and no longer have them in the store.

This is a great watch. I am still trying to get use to everything... the are times when the miles don't add up. It takes skills getting use to.

So many features, I have yet to use all of them but so cool. Amazing can see who's at my front door without getting my phone out. Never knew how my sleep was, tells you so much about your health simply awesome.

I bought this product and the wrist band broke of within 5 months of normal use. Manufacturer refused to repair it under warranty or give credit. They have lost a life time custom and am thinking about dropping Best Buy from my shopping list. This product does not deserve 1 star.

Great fitness tracker with good battery life. very limited features enabled for other uses though. not all picture messages are displayed. c

Great fitness tracker. Keeps track of your steps. Also tracks periods of inactivity and reminds you to move if inactive for over an hour.

works great and love the new stretch feature; only 4 starts becuase it's a little bulkier than last ( it doesn't fit comfy under my boxing gloves)

One side of the band popped loose from the watch after about a week after I purchased it. I put it back in place and it was fine. (So I thought). About 2 weeks later it must have popped off again because the watch was gone. I paid $150.00 to wear the watch for 3 weeks. Samsung said that warranty did not apply because the watch was lost. Best Buy said there was nothing they could do because the watch was lost. I would not have lost it if it hadn’t malfunctioned. No one seemed to understand that point or didn’t care. Very disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy

I was looking for a watch,i found this Samsung watch that does everything i needed. I have Samsung phone and it synced right to my phone.

Wore this for a few years. It keeps up with my active life. The band did start to lose it's "clip" tension, so it would come off sometimes. Other than that it's been solid piece.

Bought this for my Girl Friend. She loves it. I have a g3 and we have contest on how many steps we have at end of day. Lol. Happy I got it.
