I bought the watch to be able to monitor my heart rate while exercising but have not been able to get it to work because I can't get the watch tight enough against my wrist which is very thin. In addition, I was told that a charge would last 5-7 days but I have not been able to get more than 2 days before recharging.

The Gear S3 is a way better choice. I personally was not a fan of this one.

The 3g/4g version that can make calls and play sounds will be much better when released.

I like the look the function of the Gear S better.

Really loved the watch but it was heavy.but the rose gold was nice

I didn't like the fact that it didn't track my heart rate or sleep patterns.

I received this as a gift so I didn't return it. But it is a bit impractical.

Its an ok product but doesnt have some of the fewtures the opd version had.

My watch worked well until the bezel fell off. I mailed it to Samsung for a warranty repair. Two weeks later, not having received any communication from Samsung, I called to find out the status of the repair. They informed me that they were having trouble verifying the serial number. They said the situation had been resolved and I would be receiving my watch back within a few days. Two weeks later, I called again to find out where my watch was. They informed me that they were mailing it back unrepaired as they were not able to verify the serial number. The watch was in perfect, undamaged condition. The bezel fell off on its own... clearly a manufacturing defect. They refused to fix it because they could not verify the watch's serial number. I will never buy another Samsung product again.

Nice watch works well. Your're able to change the band's fairly easy

Was told it would work great with my iPhone but was really dissappointed with the limited functionality. I ended up returning it and buying an Apple Watch instead and am much happier. This one LOOKED great though, just didn't work with email and I couldn't use it as a speaker phone.

great watch but didnt answer calls like the original samsung.

Wish Beat Buy sold band options to purchase and screen covers

Nice but unless you have the 4g one with carriers not very useful.

Great options and good quality. Fun to use. A bit pricey.

So far so good, and I am satisfied with this product.
