I am vary happy with this watch. It is a great complement to my new Samsung Galaxy s6. It is also vary helpful when I am at work so I can see my notifications , calls, and texts without having to pull out my phone in front of other people. I am also happy with how well it keeps its battery life. There are a lot of different widgets and options to choose from that you might want or need. You also can find it vary easy to Bluetooth it to your phone and stay connected all the time.

This was a great purchase. I have really enjoyed receiving messages and notifications without viewing them on my phone. Battery life is very good as a single charge will typically last two days. This has replaced the purchase of any future designer watches. The multi-functional capabilities of this one have exceed my expectations.

I bought this watch the first week it came out. I wanted to wait for the white/silver one, but didn't want to wait. I have found it works best by not altering it too much - it works great as it and I have only added a few apps to it. What I am waiting for are other bands. I got the sports band and like it for the gym, but it isn't very fashionable (for me). I am sure the longer it is out, the more options there will be. It doesn't not work well with Maps, so if that is important to you, look elsewhere. I also did not get the 3G version - the Bluetooth works good enough for me. I got it to tell me to look at my phone vs. to replace my phone. I can get 2 days max out of the battery, but I get a lot of notifications and use full color display.

This is my 3rd Samsung watch, i have the original Gear, Gear 2, and now the s2. This is my favorite. It is the same size as a regular watch and light weight. Battery life is good, will last 2 days no problem and that is getting quite a few text messages and emails. The cradle charger is easy to use and fully charges it quickly.

I love the features and the fit. I am on my second watch because the band broke on the first one and some of the features were randomly not working. It does exactly what it advertises and is very easy to use. Even with the issues I have had, it is a great device.

I love the watch easy to use, looks good and its fits nice. I wish it had some of the features as the apple watch such as being able to talk on the phone through the watch but I still prefer Samsung. Apps are nice but it could use more variation and selections.

I had the Gear Fit and really liked it, even though it had it's flaws. The S2 has improved upon that, but still has a few improvements to go. As others have stated the bezel is a little loose, but I have to believe that was done on purpose. Possibly to prevent it from breaking while being to rigid. It's barely noticeable on mine and never affect it's functionality. The only down fall that I have noticed is the Auto Cycling feature. I have about an hour compute one way to/from work. I also drive truck. About half way through the drive I get a notification of Auto Cycling detected. Now it's my understanding that it uses my phones GPS for a location and speed. Not sure how many people can pedal 70mph, but I know I sure can't. I didn't want this for some all in one device that can do everything all the time. That's why I have a smartphone. So for me this watch performs very well.

Great wearable. Like the fit and finish. Beautiful display. It will get better and better as new watch faces evolve - the concept of a CNN or Bloomberg watch face is really neat -- creating 'channels' of push content in an attractive interface. I like the artistic faces as well. The bezel interface is fun. It is nicely sealed with wireless charging. This is an evolving market... each generation of watch gets better. This device is still novel - so many people have Apple watches -- this one is 'Think Different' - a circular face, a bezel interface plus touch. Better battery life. Lighter. Better OLED display than Apple. Not as many apps ... and map needs to be better... but otherwise a GREAT watch.

Gear S2 is a good watch and provides good functionality. Most importantly, it tracks my fitness and I don't need to carry my phone with me just to track my steps for the entire day. Also saves me the hassle of reaching for my phone whenever a text or other message comes in. Very convenient to glance at my watch.

I recently bought this to replace a fitness tracker that had started falling apart. While it isn't great for fitness (I need GPS built in to consider something great for that), it is amazing for anything else a smartwatch should do. I'm going to compare this a lot to the Apple Watch, as I've seen a lot of that device. To me, the design of the S2 looks much nicer than the Apple Watch. I like the round watch face, and the bezel is a great touch that makes navigating the watch much easier. You don't have to be worried that you'll hit the wrong (tiny) button, just swivel the bezel and you can be sure you're selecting the right thing. The screen looks nicer and more crisp than Apple as well. S Voice worked as well as anything that I've seen on Apple, and the typing option for texts, etc, was extremely easy to use. I ended up exchanging this for a Microsoft Band 2 (which I highly recommend) because I was in the market for a fitness tracker, not a smart watch. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend the S2 to anyone who was looking for a smart watch.

Great watch, easy to use and has great fitness capabilities - also good for seeing who's txt or phoning you without pulling out the cellphone - I upgraded from gear fit - well worth it.

Originally I purchased the great sport for it touting it's waterproofness but couldn't justify prove difference between the two. So far it's been excellent. I'm averaging two days battery life on a single charge and it's held up great dealing with my physically demanding job.

Samsung has the best hardware in the market and this watch is a great example. I'm not big on Samsung software but am willing to sacrifice when considering the size and quality. The spinning wheel around the face is a great addition.

I had the original Galaxy Gear until the watch band broke. Wife got me the new Gear which looks nice, but all the unique features of the original are now gone. The camera, although not used often was one of the unique features which was nice to have when you could not use your phone or regular cameras. The biggest disappointment is you can not use the watch as a hands free debice. You can read your texts and see who is calling but you must use the phone to answer. Trying to type answers back is difficult at bestwhich the keyboard and dial to type in your response. There are plenty of good features but after having the original I am very disapointed in the upgtade.

Love the watch. The only thing that I would change about it is the ability to track sleeping patterns as other smart watches do now a days. Other then that I would say that this is a great product. worth the price for some great features.

The Samsung Gear S2 is a nice watch. It looks good on the wrist and it has a lot of nice functions. It just doesn't blow my mind on anything particular. The battery lasts two days which is nice Most additional watch faces cost extra

Love the watch tells me to get moving shows emails and text messages along with incoming calls. Also shows calendar and what 8s planned for the day. Would be nice to have more apps and different watch bands to purchase in store

Had my watch now for about a month and so far it has worked great. Battery life last about 2 days before having to recharge it. Add on features is still very limited. No major issues with the watch since I have had it. Great watch

What's best about it? It works on IOS and Android and cost a lot cheaper than iwatch and have a great performance. I don't even have to look at my smart phone. Great!!!

The only problem i have with this product is that i didnt do my research. The version that i got is the wifi version. Which has many great features that i love. Except that it doesnt have a speaker on it. Thats it, only problem. Great product, feels great on wrist. Tracks steps and heart rate. And you can track your intake with it. It also subtly lets you know when you have any notifications. And allows you to reply reasonably easily. The apps for it work well and you can always download new watchfaces.
