After continuous pressure from my wife and daughter (who both have this watch), I finally gave in and purchased one for myself. As someone who has NEVER worn a watch, I didn't think this would be something I would be using regularly. It has been about 3 months now and I can't leave the house without it! The amount of convenience this offers is really a bit surprising! If I had to complain about something, it would be that there are too many face options available for free. I find myself changing the watch face graphic pretty much every other day! So happy I finally listened to them, but don't tell them I said that!

I got a apple for the oldest girl so the younger one wanted one too, only she is an android so she got the g2. She is very happy with it with the exception of the band it seems all watches come with bands no one likes. Peace

Love the look and all the different watch faces you can change. So many apps. Love reading my texts or emails on it if in a meeting

Actually bought this for my son for Christmas and it is paired with his Note 5. He has a Galaxy Gear that this replaced and he couldn't be happier with it. I've got a Moto 360 paired with a Moto X Pure. I like it but I'm liking the Gear S2 better. Hmmm. Time for a present for me?

Once you have the apps synched, it is a nice addition to being more connected - both apps and phone. A lot of people see it as another toy, but being an early adaptor has its advantages and sometime disadvantages, but you get to try things early which can be cool - or stressful.

Love the many faces, fitness, weather and so many other functions. I have used the "find your phone" a few times :) And being able to view texts even when my phone isn't on me is handy! Samsung is great!

the Samsung gear 2 has be a great asset to work alone with my Samsung s5. I can be anywhere in my home to answer calls without having my phone, check weather, sports scores and my health. it been great with what I want.

Great watch. I used to have a gear nano. I don't know why they took the audio speaker away. You can't use this phone as a speaker phone. It only have a microphone and vibrate. The bezel user interface is very excellent.

Purchased this for my wife to replace her lost Gear fit. The features are great and the look is awesome. Samsung has definitely gone all out with packing it with lots of bells, whistles and gadgets. The only complaint she has is the battery life. She can barely get thru an entire day without it dying and that is with all the notifications and extra features turned off. What's the point of having smart watch when you can't use the features. My understanding is that it does have a comparable battery life compared to the apple watch but hopefully both can come up with something to extend the battery life in the future.

Got it for hubby for Father's day. Had a battery issue with the first item purchased within 5 days but Best Buy was awesome. There were none in the stores close by so they ordered me a new one and it arrived in 4 days. i have new competition for my hubby's affections. He is seriously in LOVE with this watch. I love that it reminds him to get up and walk around every hour. Reduces chances for blood clot. Worth the price just for this but it does a bunch more stuff like alerting him on calls, texts so he can just look down and see if he needs to respond or can ignore. LOVES IT.

My wife bought this for me as my wedding gift!!!! This was the one I wanted, it does everything I need and then some. I personally am not a fan of the 3rd generation....not much difference for me. I love it very much and would recommend this to all.

The watch is excellent. However, the plastic wrist band broke after 3 weeks. It seems that the clip that attaches to the watch is not well anchored in the wrist band and it breaks there; maybe a manufacturing defect.

Purchased for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. There is not a day where he forgets to use it. It's perfect for work cause phone is not allowed but he can still see his texts and emails. Love this watch. I would get one myself if they make some feminine style.

This watch is easy to pair, set up and use. I enjoy the apps you can use on it. even the press and time photo app to take pictures on a tripod. I enjoy the activity tracker and it is pretty accurate with the gps on. The sleep tracking is neat also

This was a great bargain. Open Box item and was marked down $100 . This watch is everything and more than I expected! It works flawlessly with my Note 5 phone!

It's awesome for me as a teacher. I can keep my phone on my desk and go into the gym and still see whats going on. Email, calls and texts. Also great for working out. Can listen to music with Bluetooth headset.

I am a devoted purchaser of Samsung products. Adding this smartwatch to my collection of other Samsung apparatus was a worthwhile investment. I was very impressed with the elite features so I puchased one for my personal trainer and metabolic coach for Christmas.

My gear works well. It has more features than I can utilize. There are numerous free apps for faces, many additional features for utilizing the watch in many ways. It is an excellent way to keep track of my physical activity! I love my watch!

This is an awesome watch and apps; however, I just wish I could read my personal GMAIL on it without having to use the EMAIL app symbol. I already use that one for my work email. Other than that, it's great!

This was my 4th "tech watch" purchase. I love it for multiple reasons; I want to track my activities and stress and heart rate, see reminders on the watch, see texts, emails and phone calls. I am not as active as a hard core person so I can only give a "tech head" review. This is an awesome watch and I would recommend it to most friends. Caveats: battery covers about a 24 hour period, smaller real estate screen than some other larger samsung options I use this watch all day for tech, steps, heart beat, texts, reminders, notifications, weather, calendar and emails.
