This watch was bought for my wife. She had previously been using a FitBit but we both decided to step over to this smartwatch. We both really enjoy they watch's design and function. The one thing that we both wish was part of the standard features was an integration with the sleep portion of S Health. I've also noticed that the white version we got for my wife is showing dirt and grime easily. We may be changing her band sooner rather than later.

Perfect for someone that doesn't want a huge techy looking smart watch. Tons of great functions. Can control most functions of the phone with voice.

Love me Gear S2. Keeps me informed and up to date in so many ways. Also keeps me current on my fitness info. Another Great Samsung product!!

I originally bought the watch as a way to keep track of my steps per day, but quickly realized there were many other uses I didn't expect to use. Being that I also have a Samsung phone the watch links perfectly and notifies me of my messages, emails and anything else that I want notifications for. The battery life of the watch is amazing compared to other electronics I own, it usually lasts 3 days before needing to be charged again. Overall this smartwatch has exceeded my expectations and has held up very well while being worn everyday.

It was a christmas present, easy to use, I am not allowed to have my phone while at work. The watch let's me know about my texts and calls.

The smartwatch is great in all aspect except for battery. Wasn't able to last more then 14 hours. Already exchange for same smartwatch, but still same problem. Need to work on battery strength.

The watch it all around good, but I wish it had a better activity tracker. The steps counter is pretty good, but as far as activity tracker, it is nothing like a fitbit or anything like that.

I had a Fitbit that broke so decided to invest in this watch. I recently had back surgery so I needed a way to track how much I was walking. I chose this watch because it is not so big and bulky looking as some of the other smart watches are.

I wanted something that can keep me alerted when I get messages but at the same time could provide me with an accurate count for my fitness steps. This watch does just that.

It actually tells me when I am getting a phone call if my phone sound is off. It also tells me to "get moving" lol. Monitors my steps. Use it for work, just wish I could get watch face to remain on for 30 seconds. Easier to count pulses.

great companion to cell phone, work as a pair. Estimulates movement and reminds of tasks, birthdays. Not as bulky as most smartwatches. unfortunately, as most devices its not waterproof.

I am loving the watch. Practical and convenience. Not a five star bc it's not waterproof. I hope the next one will be. I was concern about battery life bc of all the reviews I read before buying but it has not been an issue. A charge overnight usually last all day with normal use without the display on all the time. I'm very happy I bought the watch.

I personally liked this watch when i had it. The only thing that killed me was the need for proprietary bands. I got the classic, i would still recommend people who want it should get it.

Have the Gear 2 Neo and very pleased with that watch. Now comes the Gear S2, round display, longer battery but no speaker, can't take calls, but has Mike for voice prompting. Very comfortable band and excellent display. Highly recommended

I bought this watch to help with tracking my exercises and i also like the style. It came with two watch bands, easy to setup and works great.

Bought this watch for my wife for Christmas and was impressed by the quality of the screen - it's nicer than my Samsung SM-R381 for sure. She's still learning the details but is catching on quick (and she's not too tech-savvy, either).

Does almost everything I want. Miss the speaker on the previous version, though. Also, the Nike Run App doesn't work in connection with the app on my phone, which would only make sense. Would like to have greater access to app settings. Other than that, I seem to get accurate heart rate and steps. I also like that it automatically senses walking even if I forget to start the app. It really does help me to be more aware of my activity.

I bought the S2 as a Christmas present. Time will tell, but so far it is working well. Found it helps to re-boot the watch periodically.

This is my third Samsung smart watch. Good watch for what I need it for. Not a pricey as the other smart watches. Needs better selection of interchangeable bands. Love the round face.

This is what my husand wanted for Christmas. He really likes it and and all it can do. He still is learning some of the things it can do. I just wish it would monitor sleep as well.
