I bought this for my son. He loves it. Many more features and ease of use compared to some of the Android based watches out there. The Samsung app is very easy to use.

It took me a few days to get the email to work. Now I'm glad I bought this watch instead of switching back to Apple and their watch. Having wifi on the watch it great

My wife enjoys the watch and is very happy with the style and function of the watch. Does everything she wants and more.

I had the gear fit before. This is a major upgrade. The bezel is easy to use, and very intuitive. Can't wait to see all the new apps for the watch I the coming months.

I love the watch because of the round face and not too big and flashy like others. I like my things to be low profile most of the time so this watch fit best for me.

Besides being very accurate, it's very convenient to check email and messages. It's also fun to see the number of steps one walks but who knows how accurate that is.

Ultimately, I really liked the Gear S2. I liked the interface, the wheel on the face, and the overall simplicity. But, in the end, there is not enough there to justify the price. The heart rate monitor, like most smart watches, isn't much use, and the choice of S-Voice over Google was sloooow. So, it's actually a good piece of tech, and could serve you well, but it's hard to recommend it at that price.

i absolutely love this watch it does everything i need it to do and it more accurately tracks my steps and sleep than just using my phone by itself.

Pretty cool watch for Samsung users. I wish it had a built in speaker and could hear music and make calls using the watch.

Bought the s2 watch to upgrade from fit2 watch. Needed more features it has on it. Will recommend to others

Purchased mostly for workout/home use so I wouldn't have to carry my phone, etc., but have been so happy with all the features it has turned into preferred watch.

Still getting used to wearing a watch but I love it. Definitely going to take advantage of the free seminar to learn more

I love this watch. Does everything and more than I expected. However I have had a few issues with the watch freezing up.

Started a new job and got tired of carrying my phone around and miss out emails while walking around the office now I'm up on my emails and text msg. I love it!!

I purchased the first Galaxy Gear S which was the first stand-alone smartwatch with its own SIM card/phone number. The Gear S had a huge rectangle screen with a full keyboard. I was looking forward to this new S2 version but I was let down. I drove 1 hour south to a Best Buy that had one of these left in stock the day it was released. After wearing it for a few hours, I decided to take it back and I exchanged it for a bigger/manlier Moto 360 2nd Gen. The Gear S2 is way too small for a man's wrist let alone to do any real typing/messaging as I did with the original Gear S. This was a disappointment as I was hoping for a bigger man-size watch like the Moto. The trend with men's watches is they are getting bigger cases (44mm and up) so it is surprising that Samsung chose to go with a smaller watch which would be the size appropriate for a woman. If you are looking for a decent size smartwatch that you can actually message with, this isn't it. To top it off, any apps that you've purchased for the original Gear S are not compatible with this S2 so you'll have to repurchase those that have been modified for this circular interface.

Too expensive for the look. No speaker to answer calls that is a deal breaker for me.

Biggest disappointment is the lack of options regarding the bands. Also, many apps dont work properly. There should be more watch faces available that work correctly(especially digital/analog combos). I went in to upgrade to the classic but they wanted 100$ more when it could have been purchased for 50 more at the time it was purchased. Bummer!! It was a gift and so I kept it, but disappointed.

I had the first version of this watch and it is a huge improvement over its predecessor. I enjoy the updated display and improved battery life. Overall upgrade!

Less bulky than many other traditional watches. Charges very quick and has all the features I expected. Got this one as a present from my wife and I'm loving it!
