    When I opened the package I noticed the power cable was missing. I was in New York when I bought this item and did not open it until the next day at the airport on my way home. When I got back home I went to the local Best Buy and customer service kindly gave me a new power cable free of charge. The charger works great.

    Left original at home when on vacation. Stopped by Best Buy and picked up second charger. Now I have one left at home on my table and one that travels with me in my electronic gear bag.

    The charger worked perfectly. I had forgotten my charger at home and ran to Best Buy to get a replacement. Very happy, now I can have one at work and one at home.
