    Watch is a little thicker than normal watches. We also had a hard time finding a nice stylish metal band we liked. Band was easily replaced.

    For almost $400, I would expect a more reliable product from Samsung. I’m technologically adept, so this isn’t a matter of not knowing what I’m doing, but it won’t keep connectivity in providing alerts. When contacting customer service, I run through a million steps only to have to ultimately reset the watch completely (every time it happens) to get it to sync and provide notifications. Bottom line: buy from a competitor for this product line.
