I have worn this watch for almost a month now and I really like it. i have always worn a watch since i was young kid. I have been wanting to try one and boy am I glad i waited for the S3. It is a great watch. I love how the notifications appear. I have worn a belt holster of some sorts for my phone and have missed messages and calls when it has been on vibrate. With the watch I have been able to put it in my pocket or even on my desk while at work and get the notifications thru a vibrating watch setting. i have answered the phone with it and it seems to work good that way. I feel like Dick Tracy from the cartoons. I found a nice app that will allow me to make my own watch face and it worked great with the S3. As with any step counting devices if you swing your arms it will count steps. But I really like the heart rate meter and being able to preview a message when in a meeting without having to let everyone know i am looking at my phone. It is working great so far and i am so glad that I got in on the promotion.

I love this watch. This timepiece is very well made and has a very stylish design. Not to mention, I received many compliments from friends, family, and co workers. The integrations are outstanding! The heart rate and health features are extremely helpful, it even reminds you when you haven't gotten up to walk in a certain amount of time. Furthermore, the Spotify, Uber, receive send text messages, and the ability to receive and call through the watch features frees you from your phone. The screen size and resolution is surprisingly well done and very bright.Overall, this is definitely a watch worth purchasing.

The Gear S3 has a beautiful screen, it feels premium and the battery life is great. I also loved the fact it it has a heart rate sensor, could detect my sleep automatically, and I could use it with gloves!! It was also fantastic to use Samsung Pay on my wrist. But ultimately I decided to return this watch because the lack of apps for Tizen just frustrated me especially at the price point. I have a Gear Fit 2 and it pretty much has all of the same features as the S3 minus the speaker but cost way less. I also wish that Samsung would consider women when they design these watches. This watch was also simply too big for my wrist, it was heavy and a bit painful to sleep with.

Worked perfectly with my Samsung phone. The features were exactly what we needed.

Great smartwatch with long battery life, a wide range of features, and can be customized to fit your needs. I should have gotten one a long time ago.

I love my Gear S3. It gives me the functionality of a phone on my wrist! I can literally do almost anything that I can do on my phone, on my wrist! I think i haven't bothered with my phone at all since I got the watch! The fact that it can standalone or just pair it via bluetooth gives me multiple options for this gadget. As a golf player I think it's cool to know how many steps you've taken while on the course! There's so many ways to stylize the Classic that it truly has earned it's title as a Classic!

I am a 3rd generation Samsung smart watch owner. I never thought i Would own a smart watch. However, the convenience of looking down at my wrist (without glasses/readers) to see who is calling and to answer right on my watch.,to read my social media notifications and respond back...just simply simple. The Gear S3 Classic (so far - 2 weeks) is fantastic. The only reason it gets 4 stars is due to the band it comes with. Samsung should be embarrassed and almost worried about people returning the product due to the band. The band is super easy to change out so if you do purchase this product, do yourself a favor and buy a nice band to go with it. I see that Samsung offers different colors but if they are the same as the included band...steer clear. Please note this is in reference to the classic's black leather band not the frontiers band.

This smart watch is much more stylish than the competitors. It has many customizable functions, watch faces and different apps. I like the ability to pair it with my iPhone. The only con is the battery life which doesn't last me that long, but I could probably tweak it. Samsung hit the mark on this one.

This is a great watch that does most everything that I want. I have many watches and all are larger in size then this. In fact the reason I didn't try the S2 was that it was too small. If you love the look of a traditional watch, but want the functions of a smartwatch, I highly recommend this.

I have a huge love for gadgets but I consider myself a pragmatist, so I only buy products that better my life in some way. I had reservations about smartwatches, but I was nonetheless excited to have one, and the s3 classic is my first. After using it for a few weeks, I honestly do not see the point in owning a smartwatch, period. The fitness apps on the s3 are just ok, so if you are into fitness you’re better off at getting a fitness oriented watch that will perform better for much cheaper. And the remaining apps, which aren’t that many, like yelp, Spotify, and navigation, when compared to their smartphone equivalents, aren’t that good or practical to use on such a small screen. And then there’s the ability to make phone calls, but since there is no LTE on this model, your phone needs to be nearby. And of course, you’re going to need wireless headphones unless you want everyone to overhear your conversation, and in that case, you could just use hands free Bluetooth on your cell. And lastly, there’s the ability to get notifications from your phone, but once again, I don’t see the point, since you are going to have your phone nearby anyway.

I really like the Gear S3. I like how responsive the bezel and touch screen are. The apps are really good and I even find myself texting on the watch more than my phone, which makes the watch really convenient. The speaker is really good. I would recommend this watch.

Best smartwatch. Of course, everything can be improved, but it does everything you need a watch to do and more. It's key to get multiple bands to match your outfit and also for exercising purposes. All in all a great buy!

I have had this watch for a year now and it has been the best watch I have ever owned. My one complaint is that I rarely seem to get updates from Samsung.

I originally bought the S3 frontier and I liked it so much that I decided to get the classic as well . So far is my 4th Samsung gear watch and y love all of them

This is my 3rd smartwatch owned and it's by far the best! Love the display. It's easy to setup. I like being able to answer calls and text using the watch.
