Love the watch so far, gets me up and about without been a linear device. The many faces are a delight for one but the overall functionality with the phone are just all that!

I felt I'd use the social media aspect more.... I've found it is convenient & I love it, but the fitness monitoring has gotten me to be much more active. I love the product!

I love my watch. I have had it since Christmas eve and only take it off to charge. It was hard to find but I am glad I did. The technology is great, my only complaint is that Samsung Gear is behind on app technology but I knew that before purchasing. Most of what you search for are watch faces. I would like to see airline apps, hotel apps etc. added so that it can be used daily for everything. Other than that I'm very happy with it!

I bought this watch because there are times when I can't have my phone with me, but may need to receive important texts and phone calls. Because this watch is right there on my wrist, I can easily see if the text or call is something important enough to interrupt what I'm doing. Although I was concerned it was going to look overly big on my wrist, I am now used to it and I just love the convenience of not having to get my phone out of my purse to look at and answer every text or call I get. I can use it for a calculator, and it's even been reminding me to move when I've been sitting too long. I just love my watch and since it takes standard watch bands, I plan on getting some new bands to customize it. I highly recommend it; and I was once the person who said I would laugh at anyone "talking" to their watch!

Long story short, I already have the S3 frontier and love it so I bought this to have a more formal watch for dress clothes. I use Samsung pay everyday and it works flawlessly on my frontier however I found out after purchasing the second watch that it's impossible to have Samsung pay on 2 watches at the same time. Buyer beware if you use Samsung pay and load your cards on a second watch, they will delete off the first watch. This could be fixed with an update but after finding the problem I read online the issue has been going on for a long time so apparently Samsung isn't looking to fix it. Other than that this is really a 5 star watch and if you only plan on owning a single watch then treat this review as a 5 star review.

I absolutely love my Gear S3 classic watch. The watch is easy to use and its very attractive. I have many watches, since I purchased my S3 classic its been my go to watch.

Coming from a Moto 360 (2nd gen) running Android Wear 2.0, I'm a big fan of the Gear S3 Classic. I like it better in almost every way. My one complaint was the extremely generic band that comes with the watch. Plan on spending an extra $20-$50 on a decent band.

I have worn an Apple Watch and a Motorola Android Wear watch, but the Gear S3 is the best of them all. It is well made and looks like a real watch. I he finish of the watch is excellent. The watch takes any conventional 23 mm band so you can buy any band that you like to customize the appearance of the watch. The Samsung watch has a large number of downloadable faces to upgrade the watches appearance. Great watch value!

Excellent watch. The feel, the look and the ability to customize the watch gives it the best smartwatch on the market to me. Works with iOS but not the best experience.

Like all the information this device records and displays. Plus it is a great motivator. Used it's reminder features on long haul flight...i.e. get up and move around!

So glad I made the plunge and purchased this for myself. Keeps me active, I don't have to have my phone constantly in my hand. Holds a charge for days with normal use!

The watch battery didn't last 8 hours th ed first charge, but after shutting a bunch of useless programs in my opinion the battery does great. So much to learn about the watch, it's hard to try and learn.

If you're ever on the cusp of deciding between which elite smartwatch to get, hands down, just get the Samsung gear S3. words cannot convey how much i love this watch!

If it wasn't so flippin HUGE I'd give it 5 stars. The only reason i upgraded from the S2 is to get the microphone back to answer calls ON the watch like all the prior models had. It's pretty much the same as the S2 other than a few extra shealth activities etc. Samsung apparantly doesn't believe women want these...grrr. Can't wait for a smaller version to come out. It does everything i need so i will deal with the gigantic size for a year. Looks better with a silver milanese loop strap.

First smartwatch I purchased. Bought this and the frontier version. I like the notification and being able to talk through watch via Bluetooth. Didn't need standalone as I always have my phone. I would like turn by turn directions with map similar to what I hear another smartwatch has but I can live without it. Battery lasts a few days with average use and turning it off when I go to bed at night. Step counter is off. Doesn't match near what my fitbit one shows or my phone. Hands in pocket when cold out might not county the steps. Mainly use it for time and notifications though and for that I'm happy.

I've had a few smart watches and the S3 is definitely my favorite. I've bought into the Samsung ecosystem so it works great for me. I haven't had a watch that counts my steps more accurately than this does, as well as counting my floors. I use Samsung pay with it and it works flawlessly. I never have to use my phone for Samsung pay anymore and I always get to prove the cashier wrong that it'll work!! Highly recommend.

This is the best performing, best looking Smartwatch out there IMO. Paired with my S8+ it's a winner. The dial was a great idea well implemented. Samsung did it right!

Great Watch. I work in a loud warehouse and cannot hear my phone. It is great to have a wearable device that I can get calls and messages so that I can stay current.

This watch is amazing. Even though I paired it with an iPhone it worked great. The thing I didn't like was I couldn't respond back to the text messages through the watch. I'm assuming if I had a galaxy phone it would have been even better. Unfortunately I returned the watch due to the fact that I couldn't use its full potential with a iPhone. Overall 2 and 1/2 days of battery for a smart watch is great.
