This is the first "smartwatch" I have owned, and it has taken some time to get used to. But I am liking all the features that it has. Very nice customization is available. And being able to use payment features that my phone doesn't provide is also nice.

There are not many products that perform as promised, this is definitely one that does.The speaker is high quality to be in a watch. Will not leave home without it!

My Pebble Steel was an amazing smartwatch with no nonsense and no excess. This Samsung Gear, while pretty, is slow, screen is invisible in the sun, and the battery dies quick. Starting with the software, it was initially a 10MB download. Once connected to the Gear S3, an ADDITIONAL 100MB+ was downloaded to my phone and my phone is almost full. The nice color screen can't be seen in the sunlight with sunglasses. I never had that problem with my Pebble. The Gear S3 is essentially useless when I'm driving during the day. This was the whole reason I got a smartwatch, so I wouldn't have to look at my phone while driving! When a notification comes in, you have to touch the watch to see it. I can't do that when I'm driving! On my Pebble, the notification was displayed on screen for a short period before reverting back to watch face. I don't like the S Health. When it comes to workouts, I'm from the old school. I just need a stopwatch. The Gear S3 doesn't really have one. There is one on a certain watchface, but you lose it when a notification comes, or when S Health automatically is activated when it feels your heart rate. I don't want that; I want a simple stopwatch. I now use a $8 digital watch from a "Wal" store for my workouts. It's less distracting that way. The battery? In the battery profile it claims to have over 48 hours, but this is untrue. When you are notified of a low battery, the profile claims 8 hours remaining. This is untrue. My watch was dead 2 hours after the notification. I began charging every other day, but honestly, I've been wearing it less often so I went back to charging when I'm notified. According to professional reviewers, it's the best smartwatch out there for Android, but if my Pebble could still connect to my phone, I would disagree. Perhaps my complaints could be remedied by fiddling with settings, but I can't find any way to disable S Health, a way to display notifications automatically on screen, or a way to make the screen more visible in sunlight (would likely kill the battery). I also can't even cross my arms because my wrist long-presses the screen. I can't disable that either. I have the screen "always on" because there is a lag when I flick my wrist, or turn the dial/press button. It's good that I got a $70 discount, otherwise I would have returned it. Perhaps when I upgrade my phone, the watch will run better...

The band is soft and haven't crack on over a year. This watch will tell you to get up and start moving. This watch pairs very well with the note 9

It has a good battery life and its wirless charge is nice. However the update destroyed its battery life and drains your phone. Need to use samsung message so ok google not availible.

Love the watch. Great display and controls. Pairs perfectly with my Galaxy. A little chunky, but not unlike other smart watches with similar feature set. I just wish the battery lasted longer. I'm getting about 2 days before I have to recharge.

I absolutely loved this watch! It has so many features on it and it reminded me when I forgot my phone all the time. It absolutely great and very user friendly!!

I'm very pleased with the new Samsung Gear S3 for the most part. I did hope there would be more apps than the prior version. The tv commercial shows the American airlines app but it's not available. I'll wait a few more months to give the final review.

I really love my watch. My only complaint is that it doesn't register my elpitcal workout when I go in reverse, but I can record that manually so no big deal. I'm very surprised at the range I get connection with too. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Owned this watch at one point and thought I would try something new and came right back to it. Goes great with a Samsung phone

This I think, is my favorite of all their watches. I love the larger face and the ability to answer my cell phone without having to get up and find it!

Does everything I need it gonwith the ease of a look at the wrist. Took a little to learn how to use it but after playing around with it a few hours it was fine.

Got as a gift. Great quality. It was easy to connect to my Android phone. Like the features. Calls are clear and messages work great. Would highly recommend

This is one of the best watches in the game period, but I made the crazy mistake of using it with my jphone which limits the watch insanely.

Nice looking watch, but sometimes when my phone connects to the Bluetooth in my vehicle, it disconnects from my phone. Not sure if it is a vehicle issue or phone. I have the Note 8

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She had been eyeing one for a while. As always, Samsung quality is A++. All kinds of widgets and health stuff on it.

My boyfriend was just raving about this particular watch so I decided to get it and give it to him for Christmas. He loves it! Like a kid in a candy store.

I love my watch. I was very skeptical about the size of the face, because my wrists are very small, but once I wore it for a few days I got used to it.
