Bought this watch for my son's graduation from Marine boot camp. Sleek looking and very versatile.

The watch has been great so far. No issues, simple to use, a nice go between for my phone and me. Loving it!

It does everything I need, plus very comfortable to wear. Not bulky, but definitely stands out!

Okay, I was on the fence about giving this one or two stars and I finally decided on 2 stars (to be nice) because I use Samsung pay a lot and it works reasonably well on the watch. However, that's where the positives stop. This product has some very basic smart watch problems which I will discuss. First, the biggest problem I have is with speaking commands into the watch via S Voice. I never imagined having problems, this day and age, speaking commands into the watch, but surprisingly it can't even understand basic commands such as sending a text or making a call to people in my contact list. I contacted Samsung support and they really couldn't be bothered trying to figure out the problem, they just told me to return it for replacement, which I did, but the replacement had the same exact issue... Couldn't even send a text to someone in my contact list. It keeps on saying "an error has occurred", or "couldn't find person in my contact list". Very frustrating. Next, the heart rate sensor surprisingly only works when you're wrist is completely Motionless. Not very useful when you're trying to track heart rate during exercising...really Samsung? So, if this were the very first smartwatch to hit the market, I'd say it's "a good first try Samsung", but, this market is relatively mature and customers have come to expect the very basic features such as voice control and a decent heart rate sensor. I can only hope there will be a future software update which will fix these problems, and if so, I'll post an update.

Bought this instead of the gear s2 because this one has built in speaker to answer phone calls on here.

I liked it better when I could use it completely stand alone with it's own Sim card in my S1. Otherwise, everything else about this watch is much improved from the first model.
